Abstract:
(EN) In order to reduce the amount of generation of NOx and smoke by a temperature raising device, an exhaust gas purification device for an internal combustion engine is provided with an exhaust gas purification catalyst (3) and the temperature raising device (4) which is provided in the portion of the exhaust path (2) which is located upstream of the exhaust gas purification catalyst (3). The temperature raising device (4) comprises an air supply device (42, 43) which supply air, a fuel injection valve (44) which supplies fuel, and a combustion chamber (41) which combusts a mixture gas of the air and the fuel. The exhaust gas purification device is also provided with an air-fuel ratio control device (10) configured so that, when combusting the mixture gas in the combustion chamber (41), the air-fuel ratio control device (10) sets the air-fuel ratio, which is the ratio between the air and fuel in the mixture gas, to the side richer than a theoretical air-fuel ratio and also sets the proportion of the fuel in the mixture gas to a level greater than the proportion when the amount of generation of soot is maximum.
(FR) Afin de réduire la quantité de génération de NOx et de fumées par un dispositif d'augmentation de température, un dispositif de purification de gaz d'échappement destiné à un moteur à combustion interne est pourvu d'un catalyseur de purification de gaz d'échappement (3) et du dispositif d'augmentation de température (4) qui se trouve dans la partie du chemin d'échappement (2) qui se situe en amont du catalyseur de purification de gaz d'échappement (3). Le dispositif d'augmentation de température (4) comprend un dispositif d'alimentation en air (42, 43) qui apporte de l'air, une soupape d'injection de carburant (44) qui apporte le carburant et une chambre de combustion (41) qui brûle un mélange gazeux de l'air et du carburant. Le dispositif de purification de gaz d'échappement est également pourvu d'un dispositif de régulation de rapport air-carburant (10) conçu de sorte que, lors de la combustion du mélange gazeux dans la chambre de combustion (41), le dispositif de régulation de rapport air-carburant (10) règle le rapport air-carburant, qui est le rapport entre l'air et le carburant contenus dans le mélange gazeux, au côté plus riche qu'un rapport air-carburant théorique et règle également la proportion du carburant dans le mélange gazeux à un niveau supérieur à la proportion lorsque la quantité de génération de suie est maximale.
