Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for preparing a range of dilutions of at least one standard molecule for a tissue, according to which use is made of a ground tissue to which the standard molecule is added, the whole being conditioned and fractionated before the analysis of a fraction of said tissue. The invention also relates to a method for detecting and quantifying at least one target molecule in at least one tissue using a standard range according to the invention.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une gamme de dilution d'au moins une molécule étalon pour un tissu, selon lequel on utilise un broyat de tissu auquel la molécule étalon est ajoutée, l'ensemble étant conditionné et coupé avant l'analyse d'une coupe dudit tissu. L'invention concerne également un procédé de détection et de quantification d'au moins une molécule cible dans au moins un tissu utilisant une gamme étalon selon l'invention.
