Abstract:
(EN) An amorphous metal three-dimensional wound core comprises three structurally identical, round, evenly spaced square-shaped frames (1) made of amorphous metal. The cross section of each frame is approximately semi-circular or semi-polygonal. The vertical sides (2) of two adjacent frames fit closely together and are fixedly connected to form center pillars (4) having an approximately circular or polygonal cross section, each horizontal side (3) of each frame being an iron yoke. In the present invention, the permeability direction of the amorphous metal strip and the magnetic circuit direction of the core are the same, thereby reducing vibrations during operation and alleviating the noise problem. At the same time, the present invention ensures a balanced three-phase power supply, reducing magnetoresistance and excitation current. Furthermore, the amorphous metal three-dimensional core is seamless, which allows for a reduction of losses resulting from air gaps formed by the shape of the seams.
(FR) L'invention concerne un noyau enroulé tridimensionnel en métal amorphe comprenant trois cadres (1) de forme carrée structurellement identiques, ronds et espacés uniformément en métal amorphe. La section transversale de chaque cadre est approximativement semi-circulaire ou semi-polygonale. Les côtés verticaux (2) de deux cadres voisins s'adaptent étroitement l'un à l'autre et sont reliés fixement pour former des piliers centraux (4) ayant une section transversale approximativement circulaire ou polygonale, chaque côté horizontal (3) de chaque cadre étant un étrier en fer. Dans la présente invention, le sens de la perméabilité de la bande en métal amorphe et le sens du circuit magnétique du noyau sont les mêmes, ce qui réduit les vibrations pendant le fonctionnement et modère les problèmes de bruit. En même temps, la présente invention garantit une alimentation triphasée équilibrée, réduisant la magnetorésistance et le courant d'excitation. De plus, le noyau tridimensionnel en métal amorphe est sans jointures, ce qui permet de réduire les pertes résultant des couches d'air intermédiaires formées par la forme des jointures.
(ZH) 一种非晶合金立体卷铁心,其包括三个结构相同并且呈圆形均匀分布的由非晶合金制成的方形单框(1),单框框边的截面呈近似半圆形或半个正多边形,相邻二个单框的竖框边(2)贴合固定连接在一起构成截面呈近似圆形或正多边形的心柱(4),每个单框的横框边(3)为铁轭。采用这种结构,非晶合金料带的导磁方向与铁心的磁路方向一致,工作时振动小,改善了噪音问题,同时能够确保三相供电的平衡,减少磁阻,降低激磁电流,并且该非晶合金立体铁心无接缝,可减少因接缝处形成的空气隙带来的损耗。
