Abstract
(EN) This refrigerant compressor is equipped with: an airtight case (9); a compressor mechanism (2) and an electric motor (16) accommodated within the airtight case; and an oil reservoir (53) formed on a lower part of the airtight case. The refrigerant compressor is further equipped with: an oil supply pipe (62) which communicates the oil reservoir with the intake side of the compressor mechanism, and which is used for guiding oil in the oil reservoir to said intake side; an oil supply amount adjusting means (61) which is arranged on the oil supply pipe, and which is used for adjusting the amount of oil to be supplied to said intake side; a rotational speed detecting means which detects the rotational speed of the electric motor; and an oil supply amount control unit (80) which controls the oil supply amount adjusting means on the basis of the rotational speed detected by the rotational speed detecting means. As the rotational speed of the electric motor increases, the oil supply amount control unit controls the oil supply amount adjusting means so that the amount of oil to be supplied from the oil supply pipe to said intake side is reduced. According to the present invention, from high rotational speeds to extremely low rotational speeds, refrigerant leakage in a compression chamber and refrigerant heating loss due to oil can be reduced.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un compresseur de fluide frigorigène équipé : d'un carter étanche à l'air (9) ; d'une unité de mécanisme de compression (2) et d'une unité de moteur électrique (16) enfermées dans le carter étanche à l'air ; et d'un élément d'accumulation d'huile (53) formé sur une partie inférieure du carter étanche à l'air. Le compresseur de fluide frigorigène est en outre doté : d'un tuyau d'alimentation en huile (62) qui fait communiquer l'élément d'accumulation d'huile avec le côté admission de l'unité de mécanisme de compression et qui est destiné à guider l'huile dans l'élément d'accumulation d'huile vers ledit côté admission ; d'un moyen d'ajustement de quantité d'alimentation en huile (61) qui est agencé sur le tuyau d'alimentation en huile et qui sert à ajuster la quantité d'huile à apporter audit côté admission ; d'un moyen de détection de fréquence de rotation qui détecte la fréquence de rotation de l'unité de moteur électrique ; et d'une unité de commande de quantité d'alimentation en huile (80) qui commande le moyen d'ajustement de quantité d'alimentation en huile en fonction de la fréquence de rotation détectée par le moyen de détection de fréquence de rotation. Quand la fréquence de rotation de l'unité de moteur électrique augmente, l'unité de commande de quantité d'alimentation en huile commande le moyen d'ajustement de quantité d'alimentation en huile de sorte que la quantité d'huile à apporter depuis le tuyau d'alimentation en huile vers ledit côté admission soit réduite. Cette invention permet de réduire la fuite de fluide frigorigène dans les chambres de compression et la perte de chauffage de fluide frigorigène due à l'huile, lors de rotations à grande vitesse jusqu'à des vitesses de rotation extrêmement faibles.
(JA)  冷媒圧縮機は、密閉ケース9、該密閉ケース内に収納された圧縮機構部2と電動機部16、及び前記密閉ケースの下部に形成された油溜り部53を備えている。更に、前記油溜り部と前記圧縮機構部の吸込側を連通し、前記油溜り部の油を前記吸込側に導くための給油パイプ62と、この給油パイプに設けられ前記吸込側に供給する給油量を調整するための給油量調整手段61と、前記電動機部の回転数を検出する回転数検出手段と、前記回転数検出手段により検出された回転数に応じて前記給油量調整手段を制御する給油量制御部80を備えている。前記給油量制御部は、電動機部の回転数が増加するに従い、給油パイプから前記吸込側に供給される給油量が減少するように給油量調整手段を制御する。 本発明によれば、高速回転から非常に低い回転速度まで、圧縮室での冷媒漏れと、油による冷媒加熱損失を低減できる。
