A piston-chamber combination comprising a chamber (186) which is bounded by an inner chamber wall (185) and comprising a piston inside said chamber to be engagingly movable relative to said chamber wall at least between a first-longitudinal position (208) and a second longitudinal position (208') of the chamber, said chamber (186) having cross-sections of different cross-sectional areas, said piston comprising a container (208, 208') which is elastically deformable and is produced to have a production-size of the container in the stress-free and undeformed state thereof in which the circumferential length of the piston is approximately equivalent to the circumferential length of said chamber (186) at said second longitudinal position (208'), the container being expandable from its production size in a direction transversally with respect to the longitudinal direction of the chamber thereby providing for an expansion of the piston from the production size thereof during the relative movements of the piston from said second longitudinal position (208') to said first longitudinal position (208), the container being elastically deformable to provide for different cross-sectional areas and circumferential lengths of the piston. This is accomplished by the combination comprises means for introducing fluid from a position outside (210) said container (208, 208') into said container, thereby enabling pressurization said container, and thereby expanding said container and displacing said container between second and first longitudinal positions of the chamber (186).

L'invention concerne une combinaison piston-chambre comprenant une chambre qui est délimitée par une paroi interne de chambre et comprenant un piston disposé à l'intérieur de ladite chambre pour pouvoir se déplacer de façon solidaire par rapport à ladite paroi de chambre au moins entre une première position longitudinale et une seconde position longitudinale de la chambre, ladite chambre comportant des sections transversales dont les aires de section transversale et les longueurs de circonférence sont différentes au niveau de la première et de la seconde position longitudinale et dont les aires de section transversale et les longueurs de circonférence diffèrent de façon au moins sensiblement continue en des positions longitudinales intermédiaires entre la première et la seconde position longitudinale, l'aire de section transversale et la longueur de circonférence au niveau de ladite seconde position longitudinale étant inférieures à l'aire de section transversale et à la longueur de circonférence au niveau de ladite première position longitudinale, ledit piston comprenant un récipient qui est élastiquement déformable et donne de ce fait au piston des aires de section transversale et des longueurs de circonférence différentes, adaptées auxdites différentes aires de section transversale et différentes longueurs de circonférence de la chambre pendant les mouvements relatifs du piston entre la première et la seconde position longitudinale en passant par lesdites positions longitudinales intermédiaires de la chambre. Le piston est produit pour que son récipient ait une taille de production, quand il est dans un état sans contrainte ni déformation dans lequel la longueur de circonférence du piston est à peu près équivalente à la longueur de circonférence de ladite chambre au niveau de ladite seconde position longitudinale, le récipient pouvant se dilater à partir de ses dimensions de production dans une direction transversale par rapport à la direction longitudinale de la chambre, assurant de ce fait une dilatation du piston à partir de sa taille de production pendant les mouvements relatifs du piston de ladite seconde position longitudinale à ladite première position longitudinale, le récipient étant élastiquement déformable pour donner au piston différentes aires de section transversale et différentes longueurs de circonférence. Ceci est réalisé par la combinaison qui comprend un moyen pour introduire du fluide d'un emplacement à l'extérieur dudit récipient dans ledit récipient, permettant de ce fait de mettre sous pression ledit récipient et ainsi de le dilater et de le déplacer entre la seconde et la première position longitudinale de la chambre.
