An ophthalmic optical coherence tomography (OCT) system includes an OCT imaging system for a posterior segment of an eye and an OCT imaging system for an anterior segment of an eye. The OCT imaging system for the posterior segment of the eye includes a light path conversion device, and the OCT imaging system for the anterior segment of the eye includes a probe imaging device for the anterior segment of the eye. The probe imaging device for the anterior segment of the eye includes an ophthalmoscope, a first dichroscope and a first lens. When the ophthalmic OCT system is scanning image for the anterior segment of the eye, and after the light path conversion instruction is received by the light path conversion device, the signal light sent from the light source through the collimating mirror and scanning device respectively is converted into the probe imaging device for the anterior segment of the eye; the probe imaging device for the anterior segment of the eye drives the first dichroscope to cause the signal light to be reflected into the ophthalmoscope so as to carry out the scan imaging for the anterior segment of the eye. An ophthalmic OCT imaging method is used to image the anterior segment of the eye, which can both remain the point of fixation clear during dioptric compensation and not influence the OCT imaging quality for the anterior segment of the eye.

L'invention concerne un système ophtalmique de tomographie à cohérence optique (OCT) comprenant un système d'imagerie OCT pour un segment postérieur d'un œil et un système d'imagerie OCT pour un segment antérieur d'un œil. Le système d'imagerie OCT pour le segment postérieur de l'œil comprend un dispositif de conversion de trajet de lumière et le système d'imagerie OCT pour le segment antérieur de l'œil comprend un dispositif d'imagerie de sonde pour le segment antérieur de l'œil.
