Provided are a method for inhibiting scale including inorganic cations such as, for example, calcium and a geothermal power generating device that can be economically operated while inhibiting the deposition of the scale. The geothermal power generating device comprises: an inorganic cation concentration measuring device (22) for measuring the concentration of bivalent or more inorganic cations in geothermal water collected from a production well (10); a flowmeter (30) for measuring the flow rate of the geothermal water collected from the production well; a heat removal unit (17) for lowering the temperature of the geothermal water; a thermometer (31) for measuring the temperature of the geothermal water after removing heat; a pH measuring device (32) for measuring the pH of the geothermal water after removing heat; a calculation processing unit (28) for calculating the additive amount of a scale inhibitor, according to the value obtained by subtracting the saturation concentration of inorganic cations in the geothermal water after removing heat from the measured value by the inorganic cation concentration measuring device (22), the measured value by the flowmeter (30), the measured value by the thermometer (31), and the measured value by the pH measuring device (32); and a control unit (29) for adding the scale inhibitor to the geothermal water by the amount calculated by the calculation processing unit (28).

L'invention concerne une méthode d'inhibition du tartre contenant des cations inorganiques tels que, par exemple, le calcium et un dispositif de production d'énergie géothermique qui peut être exploité économiquement tout en inhibant le dépôt de tartre. Le dispositif de production d'énergie géothermique comprend : un dispositif de mesure de concentration de cations inorganiques (22) permettant de mesurer la concentration de cations inorganiques au moins divalents dans l'eau géothermique recueillie dans un puits de production (10) ; un débitmètre (30) permettant de mesurer le débit de l'eau géothermique recueillie dans le puits ; une unité d'extraction de chaleur (17) permettant d'abaisser la température de l'eau géothermique ; un thermomètre (31) permettant de mesurer la température de l'eau géothermique après avoir extrait la chaleur ; un dispositif de mesure de pH (32) permettant de mesurer le pH de l'eau géothermique après avoir extrait la chaleur ; une unité de calcul (28) permettant de calculer la quantité d'inhibiteur de tartre à ajouter en fonction de la valeur obtenue en soustrayant la concentration de saturation des cations inorganiques dans l'eau géothermique après avoir extrait la chaleur de la valeur mesurée par le dispositif de mesure de concentration de cations inorganiques (22), la valeur mesurée par le débitmètre (30), la valeur mesurée par le thermomètre (31) et la valeur mesurée par le dispositif de mesure de pH (32) ; et une unité de commande (29) permettant d'ajouter à l'eau géothermique une quantité d'inhibiteur de tartre calculée par l'unité de calcul (28).
