An electronic control unit (1) stops output suppression control for an engine (6) at the time of simultaneous depression of an accelerator pedal (2) and a brake pedal (4) when the depression of the brake pedal (4) is erroneously detected due to an ON-failure of a stop lamp switch (5) even if the brake pedal is not depressed.

L'invention porte sur une unité de commande électronique (1) qui arrête une commande de coupure de sortie pour un moteur (6) au moment de l'enfoncement simultané d'une pédale d'accélérateur (2) et d'une pédale de frein (4) lorsque l'enfoncement de la pédale de frein (1) est détecté par erreur en raison d'un défaut de fermeture d'un interrupteur de voyant de stop (5) alors que la pédale de frein n'est pas enfoncée.
