Dispositif d'émission et de guidage d'un rayonnement infrarouge comprenant un guide d'onde(l) et des moyens d'émission (5) d'un rayonnement d'infrarouge (R), caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens (5) d'émission d'un rayonnement infra rouge (R) sont formés en surface ou à l'intérieur du guide d'onde (1), de telle sorte que le rayonnement émis est transmis au guide d'onde (1) qui le transporte.
