Es wird eine Laserstrahlschweißvorrichtung und ein Laserstrahlschweißverfahren zur Erzeugung einer, insbesondere ringförmigen, Schweißnaht an einem Bauteil vorgeschlagen, wobei die Laserschweißvorrichtung eine Laserstrahlquelle sowie mindestens ein erstes Laserstrahlumlenkmittel und ein zweites Laserstrahlumlenkmittel aufweist, wobei die Laserstrahlquelle zur Erzeugung eines ersten Laserstrahls konfiguriert ist, wobei das erste Laserstrahlumlenkmittel zur Umlenkung des ersten Laserstrahls in einen zweiten Laserstrahl konfiguriert ist, wobei das zweite Laserstrahlumlenkmittel zur Umlenkung des zweiten Laserstrahls auf das Bauteil konfiguriert ist und wobei das erste Laserstrahlumlenkmittel beweglich gegenüber dem zweiten Laserstrahlumlenkmittel ausgebildet ist. Weiterhin wird eine Laserstrahlschweißvorrichtung und ein Laserstrahlschweißverfahren zur Erzeugung einer, insbesondere ringförmigen, Schweißnaht auf einem Bauteil, mit mindestens einer Laserstrahlquelle zur Erzeugung eines Laserstrahls mit einer Hauptausbreitungsrichtung vorgeschlagen, wobei das Bauteil im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Hauptausbreitungsrichtung des Laserstrahls beweglich angeordnet ist.

Also proposed are a laser beam welding device and a laser beam welding method for producing a weld, in particular an annular weld, on a component, comprising at least one laser beam source for producing a laser beam with a main direction of propagation, wherein the component is movably arranged, substantially perpendicularly to the main direction of propagation of the laser beam.

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de soudage par faisceau laser pour réaliser un cordon de soudure, en particulier annulaire, sur un élément constitutif, ledit dispositif de soudage par faisceau laser comportant une source de faisceau laser ainsi qu'au moins un premier moyen de déviation de faisceau laser et un second moyen de déviation de faisceau laser, la source de faisceau laser étant configurée pour produire un premier faisceau laser, le premier moyen de déviation de faisceau laser étant quant à lui configuré pour dévier le premier faisceau laser en un second faisceau laser et le second moyen de déviation de faisceau laser étant configuré pour dévier le second faisceau laser sur l'élément constitutif. Le premier moyen de déviation de faisceau laser est conçu de manière à pouvoir se déplacer par rapport au second moyen de déviation de faisceau laser. L'invention concerne également un dispositif de soudage par faisceau laser et un procédé de soudage par faisceau laser pour réaliser un cordon de soudure, en particulier annulaire, sur un élément constitutif, ledit dispositif comprenant au moins une source de faisceau laser pour produire un faisceau laser à sens de propagation principal, l'élément constitutif étant disposé sensiblement perpendiculairement au sens de propagation principal du faisceau laser.
