Abstract

The present invention provides a dental alloy containing palladium (Pd) and indium (In) for CAD/CAM machining. Specifically, the invention comprises palladium (Pd) and indium (In) as basic components and can further include one component selected from the group consisting of gold (Au), silver (Ag), nickel (Ni), cobalt (Co), and platinum (Pt). In addition, the invention provides a dental alloy which comprises palladium (Pd), indium (In), and gold (Au) as basic components and can further include one component selected from the group consisting of silver (Ag), nickel (Ni), cobalt (Co), and platinum (Pt). The dental alloy according to the invention has a yield strength of 250~450MPa, breaking elongation of 2~8%, metal-ceramic adhesion of 20~70MPa, coefficient of linear thermal expansion of 14.0× 10-6/K~17.0× 10-6/K, or density of 8~15g/㎤. The dental alloy according to the invention can maintain the same mechanical properties of conventional alloys while enhancing price competitiveness by reducing the gold content when compared with conventional casting alloys. In addition, the dental alloy can be prepared using a simple production process while making up for the weaknesses of conventional casting methods.

La présente invention concerne un alliage dentaire contenant du palladium (Pd) et de l'indium (In) pour usinage CAO/FAO. Spécifiquement, l'invention comprend du palladium (Pd) et de l'indium (In) en tant que composants de base et peut comprendre en outre un composant choisi dans le groupe constitué de l'or (Au), l'argent (Ag), le nickel (Ni), le cobalt (Co), et le platine (Pt). De plus, l'invention concerne un alliage dentaire qui comprend du palladium (Pd), de l'indium (In), et de l'or (Au) en tant que composants de base et peut comprendre en outre un composant choisi dans le groupe constitué de l'argent (Ag), du nickel (Ni), du cobalt (Co), et du platine (Pt). De plus, l'alliage dentaire peut être préparé en utilisant un procédé de production simple tout en compensant les faiblesses de produits de moulage conventionnels.

본 발명은 팔라듐(Pd)과 인듐(In)을 포함하는 CAD-CAM 가공용 치과용 합금을 제공한다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 팔라듐(Pd)과 인듐(In)을 기본 성분으로 하고, 금(Au), 은(Ag), 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co), 및 백금(Pt)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나의 성분을 추가로 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 팔라듐(Pd), 인듐(In) 및 금(Au)을 기본성분으로 하고, 은(Ag), 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co), 및 백금(Pt)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나의 성분을 추가로 포함하는 치과용 합금을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 치과용 합금은 250~450MPa의 항복강도, 2~8%의 파단연신율, 20~70MPa의 금속-세라믹 접합 특성, 14.0× 10-6/K~17.0× 10-6/K의 선열팽창계수, 또는 8~15g/㎤의 밀도를 가진다. 본 발명에 따른 치과용 합금은 기존주조용 합금에 비해 금 함량을 줄임으로써 가격 경쟁력을 높이면서 기존 합금의 기계적 성질을 동일하게 유지할 수 있다. 또한, 기존 주조방식의 단점을 보완하면서 간편한 제작과정으로 제조할 수 있다.
