The present invention relates to a disc brake pad for a vehicle, and more particularly, to a disc brake pad for preventing heat transfer, which reduces the amount of heat transferred into a hydraulic cylinder to improve braking efficiency. To this end, the disc brake pad according to the present invention includes: a friction material (21) connected to the driveshaft of an engine so as to directly contact a rotating disc (10) having a circular-plate shape, thereby decelerating or stopping a vehicle; and a backing plate (22) supporting the friction material (21) so as to transfer the oil pressure of a caliper (30). A heat-blocking heterogeneous material (23) is inserted into the portion contacting the caliper (30) of the backing plate (22) through hot pressing.

La présente invention concerne une plaquette de frein à disque pour véhicule, et plus particulièrement, une plaquette de frein à disque anti-transfert de chaleur, qui réduit la quantité de chaleur transférée vers l'intérieur d'un cylindre hydraulique afin d'accroître l'efficacité du freinage. A cet effet, la plaquette de frein à disque selon la présente invention comprend : un matériau (21) de friction lié à l'arbre de transmission d'un moteur de façon à être au contact direct d'un disque tournant (10) présentant la forme d'une plaque circulaire, décélérant ou arrêtant ainsi un véhicule ; et une plaque (22) de support portant le matériau (21) de friction de façon à transférer la pression d'huile d'un étrier (30). Un matériau hétérogène (23) bloquant le transfert de chaleur est inséré dans la partie de la plaque (22) de support au contact de l'étrier (30) par pressage à chaud.

본 발명은 차량용 디스크 브레이크 패드에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 유압 실린더에 전달되는 열을 감소시키어 제동효율을 개선시키는 열전달 방지를 위한 디스크 브레이크 패드에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 엔진 구동축과 연결되어 회전하는 원판형 브레이크 디스크(10)에 직접 접촉하여 차량의 감속 또는 정지를 유발시키는 마찰재(21)와, 이 마찰재(21)를 지지하여 캘리퍼(30)의 유압을 전달해 주는 백킹판(22)으로 이루어진 디스크 브레이크 패드에 있어서, 상기 백킹판(22)에는 캘리퍼(30)와 접촉하는 부분에 열차단 이종물질(23)이 열 프레싱(Hot Pressing) 가공으로 삽입 설치되어 이루어진 구조로 되어 있다.
