Abstract

A flame-retardant heat-conductive adhesive sheet comprises a base and a flame-retardant heat-conductive adhesive agent layer arranged on at least one surface of the base. The base comprises a polyester film, wherein the polyester film has a thickness of 10-40 μm. The flame-retardant heat-conductive adhesive sheet has a thermal resistance of 10 cm2·K/W or less.

L'invention concerne une feuille adhésive résistante à la flamme et thermoconductrice qui possède: un matériau de base; et une couche d'adhésif résistante à la flamme et thermoconductrice qui est agencée sur au moins une des faces du matériau de base. Le matériau de base contient un film de polyester dont l'épaisseur est comprise entre 10 et 40µm. La feuille adhésive résistante à la flamme et thermoconductrice présente une résistance thermique inférieure ou égale à 10cm2.K/W.
