Beschrieben werden ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Gasdiffusionselektrode sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Metall-Luft-Zelle, die eine Gasdiffusionselektrode als Luftkathode aufweist. Bei den Verfahren wird die Elektrode mittels eines Druckprozesses, insbesondere mittels eines Siebdruckprozesses, in Form einer flächigen Schicht auf ein Substrat aufgebracht. Auch die so hergestellte Gasdiffusionselektrode und Metall-Luft-Zellen mit einer solchen Gasdiffusionselektrode werden beschrieben.

What are described are: a method for producing a gas diffusion electrode and a method for producing a metal-air cell, which has a gas diffusion electrode as air cathode. In the methods, the electrode is applied to a substrate by means of a printing process, in particular by means of a screen printing process, in the form of a two-dimensional layer. The gas diffusion electrode produced in this way and metal-air cells with such a gas diffusion electrode are also described.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une électrode à diffusion gazeuse ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication d'une cellule métal/air présentant une électrode à diffusion gazeuse en tant que cathode à air. Dans ces procédés, l'électrode est déposée par un procédé d'impression, en particulier par un procédé de sérigraphie, sous la forme d'une couche plane sur un substrat. L'invention concerne également l'électrode à diffusion gazeuse ainsi fabriquée ainsi que des cellules métal/air équipées d'une telle électrode à diffusion gazeuse.
