Es wird eine Steuerungsvorrichtung, insbesondere zur Verwendung in Endoskopen oder dergleichen, vorgeschlagen, mit der längere Zeit ermüdungsfrei gearbeitet werden kann. Die Steuerungsvorrichtung ist ausgestattet mit einem proximalen und einem distalen, jeweils eine Gelenkzone umfassenden Endabschnitt sowie einem dazwischen angeordneten Mittelabschnitt, mit einem äußeren hohlzylindrischen Schaft, einem inneren, vorzugsweise hohlzylindrischen Schaft sowie mit einem zwischen diesen Schäften angeordneten Steuerungselement mit zwei oder mehr sich im Wesentlichen vom proximalen zum distalen Endabschnitt der Steuerungsvorrichtung erstreckenden, Kraft übertragenden Längselementen zur mechanischen Kopplung der Bewegung des distalen Endabschnitts mit der Bewegung des proximalen Gelenkabschnitts, wobei die Längselemente in Umfangsrichtung der Steuerungsvorrichtung in im Wesentlichen regelmäßigen Winkelabständen b1, b2,... bn voneinander beabstandet angeordnet und im Bereich ihrer proximalen und distalen Enden jeweils in Umfangsrichtung gegeneinander fixiert sind, wobei die Winkelabstände b1, b2,... bn der Längselemente zueinander, in Umfangsrichtung gemessen, so gewählt sind, dass die Kraft übertragenden Längselemente in Umfangsrichtung berührungsfrei und gegebenenfalls in Radialrichtung an dem äußeren und/oder dem inneren Schaft anliegend geführt sind.

What is proposed is a control apparatus, in particular for use in endoscopes or the like, which makes relatively long operation without fatigue possible. L'invention concerne un dispositif de commande, en particulier pour des utilisations dans des endoscopes ou analogues, au moyen duquel il est possible de travailler longtemps, sans fatigue. Le dispositif de commande comprend : une section terminale proximale et une section terminale distale, comprenant chacune une zone articulée, et une section médiane, disposée entre les deux sections précitées, une tige extérieure cylindrique creuse, une tige intérieure, de préférence cylindrique creuse, et un élément de commande, disposé entre les tiges précitées, présentant au moins deux éléments longitudinaux de transfert de force, s'étendant sensiblement de la section terminale proximale vers la section terminale distale du dispositif de commande, pour le couplage mécanique du mouvement de la section terminale distale avec le mouvement de la section articulée proximale, les éléments longitudinaux étant disposés, en direction périphérique du dispositif de commande, à distance entre eux, à des distances angulaires régulières b1, b2,... bn et étant fixés mutuellement, dans la zone de leurs extrémités proximales et distales, respectivement en direction périphérique, les distances angulaires b1, b2,... bn des éléments longitudinaux entre eux, mesurées en direction périphérique, étant choisies de façon que les éléments longitudinaux de transfert de force soient guidés, en direction périphérique, sans contact et, éventuellement, en direction radiale, adjacents à la tige extérieure et/ou intérieure.
