Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauteil für eine Komponente für die Hochdruckflüssigkeitschromatographie (HPLC), insbesondere Pumpenkopf (2) für eine HPLC Pumpe (1), bei dem die Festigkeit durch Autofrettage erhöht wurde und welches aus einem gegenüber in der HPLC verwendeten Fluiden chemisch im Wesentlichen inerten Werkstoff besteht. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine HPLC Pumpe (1) mit einem Pumpenkopf (2), welcher als derartiges Bauteil ausgebildet ist.

The invention relates to a part for a component for high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC), in particular a pump head (2) for an HPLC pump (1), in which the strength has been increased by radial expansion and which consists of a material which is essentially chemically inert to the fluids used in HPLC. The invention further relates to an HPLC pump (1) having a pump head (2) which is configured as such a part.
