The present invention relates to a compressed air purifier, comprising: a case (10) in which entrance/exit covers (12a, 12b) are coupled to both ends of a main body (11) of a cylindrical case, and an inlet pipe (14a) and an outlet pipe (14b) connected to a compressed air pipe are connected to the entrance/exit covers (12a, 12b), respectively; and filter means (20a, 20b) in which a main body (121) of a filter made of a polymer synthetic resin is charged and a plurality of gap maintaining protrusions (122) are simultaneously formed, and then the main body (121) of the filter is wound into a cylindrical shape to form a filter element (120) having a vent channel (123), filters (21, 22) having an arc-shaped cross-section are formed from the filter element (120), the filters (21, 22) having an arc-shaped cross-section are positioned facing each other to be coupled, thereby forming a cavity (C) inside, and two or more pairs of the filters are inserted into the main body (11) of a case in such a way that space portions (S1, S2, S3) distanced by certain intervals are formed between the entrance/exit covers (12a, 12b) and the filter, and between the filters.

La présente invention porte sur un purificateur d'air comprimé, comprenant : un boîtier (10) dans lequel des couvercles d'entrée/sortie (12a, 12b) sont couplés aux deux extrémités d'un corps principal (11) d'un boîtier cylindrique, et un tuyau d'entrée (14a) et un tuyau de sortie (14b) reliés à un tuyau d'air comprimé sont reliés aux couvercles d'entrée/sortie (12a, 12b), respectivement ; et des moyens filtrant (20a, 20b) dans lesquels un corps principal (121) d'un filtre réalisé en une résine synthétique polymère est chargé et une pluralité de saillies de maintien d'espace (122) sont formées simultanément, puis le corps principal (121) du filtre est enroulé sous une forme cylindrique pour former un élément filtrant (120) ayant un canal d'évacuation (123), des filtres (21, 22) ayant une section transversale en forme d'arc sont formés à partir de l'élément filtrant (120), les filtres (21, 22) ayant une section transversale en forme d'arc sont positionnés de façon à être dirigés l'un vers l'autre pour être couplés, formant ainsi une cavité (C) à l'intérieur, et deux ou plus de deux paires des filtres étant introduites dans le corps principal (11) d'un boîtier, de telle manière que des parties d'espacement (S1, S2, S3) séparées d'un certain intervalle sont formées entre les couvercles d'entrée/sortie (12a, 12b) et le filtre, et entre les filtres.

본 발명은 압축공기 정화기에 관한 것으로, 원통형 케이스 본체(11)의 양단에 입⋅출구 커버(12a)(12b)를 결합하고, 상기 입⋅출구 커버(12a)(12b)에 압축공기의 관로에 연결되는 유입관(14a)과 배출관(14b)을 각각 연결한 케이스(10)와; 고분자 합성수지제 필터 본체(121)에 하전을 함과 동시에 다수의 간격유지돌기(122)를 형성한 후 상기 필터 본체(121)를 원통형으로 감아 통기로(123)를 형성한 필터 엘리먼트(120)를 호상 단면의 필터(21),(22)로 형성하고, 상기 호상 단면의 필터(21),(22)를 상호 대향시켜 내부에 공동(C)이 형성되게 결합하여서, 상기 케이스 본체(11) 내에 적어도 2조 이상을 상기 입⋅출구 커버(12a)(12b)와 그 사이 및 그 상호간의 사이에 일정간격의 공간부(S1)(S2)(S3)가 형성되도록 삽입한 필터 수단(20a)(20b);을 포함한다.
