The objective of the present invention is to provide a stator and a method of manufacturing the stator, wherein gaps in the circumferential and diameter directions can be ensured so that even when bead balls for TIG-welding front-tip sections become large-sized, there is no risk of the bead balls coming in contact with adjacent front-tip sections. In the stator, segment coils, each provided with a pair of straight-line sections and a connecting section for connecting the pair of straight-line sections, are mounted within slots of a stator core, and at each of the segment coils, front-tip sections of the pair of straight-line sections protruding to a side opposite the connecting section are twisted in the circumferential direction and connected to straight-line sections of other segment coils. The front-tip section of a straight-line section of a segment coil is shaped towards the outer-circumference direction in the diameter direction while the front-tip section of a straight-line section of another segment coil is shaped towards the inner-circumference direction in the diameter direction, such that the front-tip section of the straight-line section of the one segment coil and the front-tip section of the straight-line section of the other segment coil are arranged on the same circumference and are connected by welding.

La présente invention a pour objet un stator et un procédé de fabrication de stator dans lequel les intervalles dans les directions circonférentielle et diamétrale peuvent être assurés de telle sorte que, même lorsque des cordons de soudure pour le soudage TIG des sections de pointe avant sont de grande dimension, les cordons de soudure ne risquent pas d'entrer en contact avec des sections de pointe avant adjacentes. Dans le stator, des bobines segmentaires, dont chacune comprend deux sections rectilignes et une section de liaison servant à relier les deux sections rectilignes, sont montées dans des encoches du noyau de stator et à chacune des bobines segmentaires, des sections de pointe avant de la paire de sections rectilignes qui font saillies sur un côté à l'opposé de la section de liaison sont tordues dans la direction circonférentielle et reliées aux sections rectilignes d'autres bobines segmentaires. La section de pointe avant de la section rectiligne d'une bobine segmentaire est conformée vers la direction de circonférence extérieure dans la direction diamétrale tandis que la section de pointe avant d'une section rectiligne d'une autre bobine segmentaire est conformée vers la direction de circonférence intérieure dans la direction diamétrale, de telle sorte que la section de pointe avant de la section rectiligne d'une bobine segmentaire et la section de pointe avant de la section rectiligne de l'autre bobine segmentaire sont disposées sur la même circonférence et sont reliées par soudage.

 先端部をTIG溶接するビード玉が大きくなった場合でも、ビード玉が隣接する先端部と接触する恐れのないように、円周方向及び径方向における隙間を確保し得るステータ、及びステータ製造方法を提供することを目的とし、一対の直線部と、一対の直線部を連結する連結部を備えるセグメントコイルが、ステータコアのスロット内に装着されると共に、連結部と反対側に突出している一対の直線部の先端部が、円周方向に捻られ、他のセグメントコイルの直線部と接合されるステータにおいて、直線部の先端部が径方向の外周向きに成形され、他のセグメントコイルの直線部の先端部が径方向の内周向きに成形されていることにより、直線部の先端部と他のセグメントコイルの先端部が同じ円周上にあって溶接接合されている。
