Abstract

The present invention pertains to a vehicle sunroof panel characterized by: comprising a resin panel, and an FRP frame which is bonded to the panel and has regions that extend along the periphery of the panel in the vehicle width direction and the vehicle longitudinal direction; and having a reinforcing member disposed in the region that extends in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the frame, said reinforcing member extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction so as to increase the bending stiffness of said region in the vehicle longitudinal direction. According to this configuration, a vehicle sunroof panel equipped with a frame with adequately high stiffness to minimize panel deformation in the vehicle width direction and the vehicle longitudinal direction, while achieving a significant reduction in weight, can be provided.

La présente invention porte sur un panneau de toit ouvrant de véhicule, lequel panneau est caractérisé en ce que : ledit panneau comprend un panneau en résine, et un cadre en matière plastique renforcé de fibres (FRP) qui est fixé au panneau et qui a des régions qui s'étendent le long de la périphérie du panneau dans la direction de la largeur de véhicule et dans la direction longitudinale du véhicule ; et en ce que ledit panneau a un élément de renfort disposé dans la région qui s'étend dans la direction longitudinale de véhicule du cadre, ledit élément de renfort s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale de véhicule de façon à accroître la rigidité à l'inflexion de ladite région dans la direction longitudinale de véhicule. Selon cette configuration, un panneau de toit ouvrant de véhicule comportant un cadre à rigidité élevée de façon adéquate pour réduire au minimum une déformation du panneau dans la direction de la largeur de véhicule et la direction longitudinale de véhicule, tout en obtenant une réduction de poids significative, peut être procuré.

 樹脂製のパネルと、該パネルに固着され該パネルの周縁に沿って車両幅方向と車両前後方向に延びる部位を有するFRP製のフレームとからなり、該フレームの車両前後方向に延びる部位に、該部位の車両前後方向における曲げ剛性を高める車両前後方向に延びる補強部材が設けられていることを特徴とする車両用サンルーフパネル。本発明によれば、大幅な軽量化を達成しつつ、車両幅方向のみならず車両前後方向におけるパネル変形を小さく抑えることのできる十分に高い剛性を持つフレームを備えた車両用サンルーフパネルを提供することができる。
