Abstract

 Provided are an SPR sensor, and an SPR sensor cell having exceptional detection accuracy. This SPR sensor cell is equipped with a detection unit, and a sample arrangement portion adjacent to the detection unit. The detection unit has: an underclad layer; a core layer provided so that at least a portion thereof is adjacent to the underclad layer; and a metallic layer covering the core layer. The core layer contains at least 35 wt% of a halogen.

Cette invention concerne un capteur SPR, et une cellule à capteur SPR ayant une exceptionnelle précision de détection. Cette cellule à capteur SPR est équipée d'une unité de détection, et d'une partie agencement d'échantillon adjacente à l'unité de détection. L'unité de détection comprend : une couche de sous-revêtement ; une couche de cœur formée de façon qu'au moins une partie de celle-ci soit adjacente à la couche de sous-revêtement ; et une couche métallique recouvrant la couche de cœur. La couche de cœur contient au moins 35 % en poids d'un halogène.
