The present invention relates to an ultrasonic system for measuring a micro- vascular flow distribution of a tissue portion of a mammal comprising an ultrasonic transducer (101) arranged for measuring a first indicator (MTT) for the blood flow through a capillary bed in the tissue portion, and arranged for measuring a second indicator of heterogeneity (CTTH, σ) of the blood flow in said capillary bed, and a processor (110) arranged for using the first (MTT) and the second (σ) indicator to estimate an extraction capacity (EC) of a substance from the blood in said capillary bed.

La présente invention concerne un système ultrasonore pour mesurer une distribution de flux microvasculaire d'une partie de tissu d'un mammifère, qui comprend: un transducteur ultrasonore (101) agencé pour mesurer un premier indicateur (MTT) pour la circulation sanguine à travers un lit capillaire présent dans la partie de tissu, et configuré pour mesurer un second indicateur d'hétérogénéité (CTTH, σ) du flux sanguin dans ledit lit capillaire; et un processeur (110) agencé pour utiliser le premier (MTT) et le second (σ) indicateurs afin d'estimer une capacité d'extraction (EC) d'une substance du sang dans ledit lit capillaire.
