Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a filtration filter with which a stable opening size during filtration is obtained, and which can be easily regenerated when clogged and used repeatedly. The filtration filter (10) comprises: a substrate stack wherein substrates (11) that have a through hole that penetrates from front to back are stacked; stoppers (15) that define the spacing between the substrates (11); and pillars (16) with a larger thermal expansion coefficient than the stoppers (15). The lengths of the pillars (16) are made to be longer than the lengths of the stoppers (15). The spacing between the substrates (11) at normal temperature is defined at least by the stoppers (15), and the spacing during heating is defined by the thermally expanded pillars (16). The gaps between the substrates (11) form the filtration surface that traps contaminants contained in the liquid that is being treated (A).
(FR) L'invention concerne un filtre pour filtration avec lequel une taille d'ouverture stable durant la filtration est obtenue, et qui peut être facilement régénéré quand il est bouché et utilisé de manière répétée. Le filtre pour filtration (10) comprend: une pile de substrat dans laquelle les substrats (11) qui ont un trou traversant qui pénètre d'avant en arrière sont empilés; des bouchons (15) qui définissent l'espacement entre les substrats (11); et des piliers (16) avec un plus grand coefficient de dilatation thermique que les bouchons (15). Les longueurs des piliers (16) sont réalisées pour être plus longues que les longueurs des bouchons (15). L'espacement entre les substrats (11) à la température normale est défini au moins par les bouchons (15), et l'espacement durant le chauffage est défini par les piliers dilatés thermiquement (16). Les écarts entre les substrats (11) forment la surface de filtration qui piège les contaminants contenus dans le liquide qui est en train d'être traité (A).
(JA)  濾過処理時に安定した開口径が得られ、しかも目詰まりした際に容易に再生して繰り返し使用することができる濾過用フィルターを提供する。濾過用フィルター10は、表裏に貫通する貫通孔を有する基板11を積層した基板積層体と、基板11相互の間隔を規定するストッパー15及びストッパー15よりも熱膨張係数が大きいピラー16とを有し、ピラー16の長さをストッパー15の長さよりも長くして基板11相互間の常温時の間隔を少なくともストッパー15で規定すると共に加熱時の間隔を熱膨張したピラー16で規定し、基板11相互間の隙間で被処理液Aに含まれる汚染物質を捕捉する濾過面を形成する。
