Abstract:
(EN) This hydraulic shovel calibration device is used to calibrate the parameters for a hydraulic shovel. A current position computation unit of the hydraulic shovel computes the current position of an operating point included in a work tool on the basis of a plurality of parameters that specify the dimensions and swing angles of a boom, an arm, and a bucket. The hydraulic shovel calibration device is provided with an input unit (63), and first and second calibration computation units (65c, 65d). The input unit (63) is input with first operating point position information that specifies the coordinates at a plurality of positions of an operating point measured by an external measurement device. The first and second calibration computation units (65c, 65d) compute calibration values for the parameters on the basis of the first operating point position information input to the input unit (63).
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'étalonnage de pelle hydraulique, lequel dispositif est utilisé pour étalonner les paramètres pour une pelle hydraulique. Une unité de calcul de position actuelle de la pelle hydraulique calcule la position actuelle d'un point de fonctionnement inclus dans un outil de travail sur la base d'une pluralité de paramètres qui spécifient les dimensions et les angles d'oscillation d'une flèche, d'un bras et d'un godet. Le dispositif d'étalonnage de pelle hydraulique comporte une unité d'entrée (63), et des première et seconde unités de calcul d'étalonnage (65c, 65d). Il est entré sur l'unité d'entrée (63) une première information de positions de point de fonctionnement qui spécifie les coordonnées en une pluralité de positions d'un point de fonctionnement mesurées par un dispositif de mesure externe. Les première et seconde unités de calcul d'étalonnage (65c, 65d) calculent des valeurs d'étalonnage pour les paramètres sur la base de la première information de positions de point de fonctionnement entrée sur l'unité d'entrée (63).
