Abstract:
(EN) A voltage-controlled type oscillation circuit (2) oscillates at an oscillation frequency that is in accordance with a control voltage. Injection-locked type oscillation circuits (3, 4) oscillate at an oscillation frequency that is in accordance with an output signal from the voltage-controlled type oscillation circuit (2). A mixer circuit (5) performs a frequency conversion on the basis of output signals from the injection-locked type oscillation circuits (3, 4). A synchronization determining unit (6) determines the synchronous status between the injection-locked type oscillation circuits (3, 4) in accordance with an output signal from the mixer circuit (5). The injection-locked type oscillation circuits (3, 4) synchronize with each other at a frequency that is an integral multiple of the oscillation frequency of the voltage-controlled type oscillation circuit (2).
(FR) Un circuit d'oscillation de type commandé en tension (2) oscille à une fréquence d'oscillation qui est conformément à une tension de commande. Des circuits d'oscillation de type verrouillé par injection (3, 4) oscillent à une fréquence d'oscillation qui est conformément à un signal de sortie provenant du circuit d'oscillation de type commandé en tension (2). Un circuit mélangeur (5) réalise une conversion de fréquence sur la base de signaux de sortie provenant des circuits d'oscillation du type verrouillé par injection (3, 4). Une unité de détermination de synchronisation (6) détermine l'état synchrone entre les circuits d'oscillation du type verrouillé par injection (3, 4) conformément à un signal de sortie provenant du circuit mélangeur (5). Les circuits d'oscillation du type verrouillé par injection (3, 4) se synchronisent les uns avec les autres à une fréquence qui est un multiple entier de la fréquence d'oscillation du circuit d'oscillation du type commandé en tension (2).
(JA)  電圧制御型発振回路2は、制御電圧に応じた発振周波数によって発振する。注入同期型発振回路3,4は、電圧制御型発振回路2からの出力信号に応じた発振周波数によって発振する。ミキサ回路5は、注入同期型発振回路3,4の各出力信号を基に周波数変換する。同期判定部6は、ミキサ回路5の出力信号に応じて、注入同期型発振回路3,4の同期状態を判定する。注入同期型発振回路3,4は、電圧制御型発振回路2の発振周波数の整数倍の周波数によって同期する。
