Abstract:
(EN) Apparatus and methods for capacitive load reduction are disclosed. In one embodiment, a power amplifier system includes a power amplifier (32) configured to amplify a radio frequency (RF) signal of a first frequency and an envelope tracker (30) configured to control a supply voltage of the power amplifier using an envelope of the RF signal. The power amplifier system further includes an inductor (85) electrically connected between the power amplifier and the envelope tracker and a capacitor (83) electrically connected between the power amplifier and the envelope tracker. The capacitor and the inductor are configured to have a resonance near the first frequency.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil et des procédés pour la réduction de charge capacitive. Dans un mode de réalisation, un système amplificateur de puissance comprend un amplificateur de puissance (32) conçu pour amplifier un signal radiofréquence (RF) d'une première fréquence et un organe de suivi d'enveloppe (30) conçu pour commander une tension d'alimentation de l'amplificateur de puissance à l'aide d'une enveloppe du signal RF.
