(EN)The present invention relates to nanocontainers for drug delivery. More particularly, the present invention relates to amphiphilic PHA-mPEG copolymer nanocontainers in which a hydrophilic mPEG portion surrounds a hydrophobic PHA core. The PHA-mPEG nanoparticles of the present invention enable drugs to be safely delivered without any significant toxicity to threaten the survival of cells, and to be stably dispersed in an aqueous solution. Thus, the nanoparticles can be advantageously used as a drug delivery system.
(FR)La présente invention concerne des nanorécipients pour l'administration de médicaments. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne des nanorécipients en copolymères de PHA-mPEG amphiphiles dans lesquels une partie de mPEG hydrophile entoure un cœur de PHA hydrophobe. Les nanoparticules de PHA-mPEG de la présente invention permettent l'administration sûre des médicaments sans toxicité significative qui menacerait la survie des cellules, et leur dispersion stable dans une solution aqueuse. Ainsi, les nanoparticules peuvent être avantageusement utilisées comme système d'administration de médicament.
(KO)본 발명은 약물송달을 위한 나노 컨테이너에 관한 것이다. 더욱 구체적으로 본 발명은 소수성 PHA 코어를 친수성 mPEG 부분이 감싸는 형태의 양친성 PHA-mPEG 공중합 나노 컨테이너에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 PHA-mPEG 나노입자는 세포의 생존에 아무런 심각한 독성 없이 약물을 안전하게 송달할 수 있게 하고 수용액 내에서 안정적으로 분산되어 있으므로 약물 송달체로 유용하게 쓰일 수 있다.
