(EN)The present invention is a laser cladding method for forming a cladding layer in which vanadium carbide is uniformly dispersed, wherein a cladding layer that contains vanadium carbide is formed on the surface of a base by means of a laser processing head that is capable of discharging a cladding material powder coaxially with the optical axis of the laser light, said cladding material powder being composed of an iron-based material containing 7-15% by mass of V, preferably an iron-based material containing 10-15% by mass of V.
(FR)La présente invention porte sur un procédé de revêtement au laser servant à former une couche de revêtement dans laquelle du carbure de vanadium est uniformément dispersé, la couche de revêtement qui contient du carbure de vanadium étant formée sur la surface d'une base au moyen d'une tête de traitement au laser qui est apte à projeter une poudre de matière de revêtement coaxialement à l'axe optique de la lumière laser, ladite matière de revêtement en poudre étant composée d'une matière à base de fer contenant 7 à 15 % en masse de V, de préférence d'une matière à base de fer contenant 10 à 15 % en masse de V.
