Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a display device which can be set up in a state in which only the display surface of the display device is exposed, and which is provided with a communication means that enables the display device to be set up etc. by remote control. This display device (10) is provided with: a liquid crystal panel (2) which displays images; a backlight (3) which provides illumination from the rear, on the opposite side of the display surface of the liquid crystal panel; a visible light receiving unit (4) which transmits light received from the display surface side of the liquid crystal panel through the liquid crystal panel and the backlight, and receives light emitted from the surface of the backlight on the opposite side to where the liquid crystal panel is positioned, and outputs a signal corresponding to the intensity of the received light; and a communication unit which communicates with the outside using visible light on the basis of the signal outputted from the visible light receiving unit.
(FR) L'invention porte sur un dispositif d'affichage qui peut être configuré dans un état dans lequel seule la surface d'affichage du dispositif d'affichage est exposée, et qui comporte un moyen de communication qui permet au dispositif d'affichage d'être configuré, etc. par une télécommande. Ce dispositif d'affichage (10) comporte : un panneau à cristaux liquides (2) qui affiche des images ; un rétroéclairage (3) qui fournit un éclairage depuis l'arrière, sur le côté opposé de la surface d'affichage du panneau à cristaux liquides ; une unité de réception de lumière visible (4) qui transmet la lumière reçue à partir du côté surface d'affichage du panneau à cristaux liquides à travers le panneau à cristaux liquides et le rétroéclairage, et reçoit la lumière émise à partir de la surface du rétroéclairage du côté opposé à celui où le panneau à cristaux liquides est positionné, et émet un signal correspondant à l'intensité de la lumière reçue ; et une unité de communication qui communique avec l'extérieur à l'aide d'une lumière visible sur la base du signal émis à partir de l'unité de réception de lumière visible.
(JA)  表示装置の表示面のみを露出した状態の設置が可能になるとともに、遠隔操作で表示装置の設定等を行うことができる通信手段を備えた表示装置を提供する。本発明の表示装置(10)は、画像を表示する液晶パネル(2)と、液晶パネルの表示面と反対側の背面から照明を行うバックライト(3)と、液晶パネルの表示面側から入射した光が、該液晶パネルとバックライトを透過し、バックライトの液晶パネルが配置されている反対側の面から出射した光を受光して、受光した光の強度に応じた信号を出力する可視光受光部(4)と、可視光受光部から出力する信号に基づき外部との間で可視光を用いた通信を行う通信部とを備えている。
