Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to catanionic vesicles consisting of a mixture of oppositely charged surfactants carrying magnetic nanoparticles. The invention also relates to a method for preparing said vesicles, and to the uses thereof especially in the fields of pharmacy, cosmetics and magnetic bioimaging. The invention further relates to a method for guiding catanionic vesicles according to the invention under the influence of a magnetic field, and to a method for releasing solutes that are potentially present inside said vesicles.
(FR) La présente invention est relative à des vésicules catanioniques constituées d'un mélange de tensioactifs de charges opposées, porteuses de nanoparticules magnétiques. La présente invention concerne également un procédé pour la préparation desdites vésicules, ainsi qu'à leurs utilisations notamment dans les domaines de la pharmacie, de la cosmétique et de la bio-imagerie magnétique. Enfin, la présente invention concerne un procédé de guidage de vésicules catanioniques selon l'invention sous l'influence d'un champ magnétique, ainsi qu'un procédé de libération des solutés éventuellement présents au sein de ces vésicules.
