Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a capacitive pressure sensor for detecting a pressure of a medium, comprising a pressure measuring cell (10) having an end face (11) on which the medium can act, a housing (2) having a medium opening, an annular axial stop surface (4), which surrounds the medium opening, and a clamping device (20), wherein the pressure measuring cell (10) is axially clamped between the stop surface (4) and the clamping device (20). According to the invention, the pressure sensor is characterized in that a means (30) for thermal decoupling is provided between the pressure measuring cell (10) and the clamping device (20). The means for thermal decoupling hinders the dissipation of heat from the pressure measuring cell (10) into the sensor housing (2) by means of the clamping device (20).
(FR) L'invention concerne un capteur de pression capacitif destiné à capter une pression de fluide, lequel comporte une cellule de mesure de pression (10) pourvue d'une surface frontale (11) pouvant être soumise à l'action du fluide, un boîtier (2) pourvu d'une ouverture pour fluide et une surface de butée (4) axiale annulaire qui entoure l'ouverture pour fluide, et un dispositif de serrage (20), la cellule de mesure de pression (10) étant axialement serrée entre la surface de butée (4) et le dispositif de serrage (20). Selon l'invention, le capteur de pression est caractérisé en ce qu'il est disposé entre la cellule de mesure de pression (10) et le dispositif de serrage (20) un moyen (30) pour de découplage thermique qui complique l'évacuation de chaleur de la cellule de mesure de pression (10) dans le boîtier (2) du capteur par l'intermédiaire du dispositif de serrage (20).
(DE) Die Erfindung geht von einem kapazitiven Drucksensor zum Erfassen eines Mediendrucks aus, der eine Druckmesszelle (10) mit einer mit dem Medium beaufschlagbaren Stirnfläche (11), ein Gehäuse (2) mit einer Medienöffnung und eine ringförmige axiale Anschlagfläche (4), welche die Medienöffnung umschliesst, und eine Einspannvorrichtung (20) umfasst, wobei die Druckmesszelle (10) zwischen der Anschlagfläche (4) und der Einspannvorrichtung (20) axial eingespannt ist. Erfindungsgemäss ist der Drucksensor dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Druckmesszelle (10) und der Einspannvorrichtung (20) ein Mittel (30) zur thermischen Entkopplung vorgesehen ist, das die Wärmeabfuhr von der Druckmesszelle (10) über die Einspannvorrichtung (20) in das Sensorgehäuse (2) erschwert.
