Abstract:
(EN) The invention discloses a joint (10) for transmitting torques and axial forces in conjunction with an eccentric rotational movement. In a preferred embodiment, the joint according to the invention is used in an eccentric screw pump for connecting the drive input to the pump rotor. The joint connects a coupling rod (18) and a tool (20) and/or a drive input to one another. In the case of the joint being used in an eccentric screw pump, the tool is the rotor of the pump. The joint is furthermore provided with at least one casing. The axial forces which act on the joint can be transmitted by a first joint part (12) and the torques can be transmitted by a second joint part (14).
(FR) L'invention concerne une articulation (10) destinée à transférer des couples et des forces axiales en liaison avec un mouvement de rotation excentrique. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, l'articulation selon l'invention est utilisée dans une pompe à vis excentrique pour relier l'entraînement au rotor de la pompe. L'articulation relie ensemble une bielle d'accouplement (18) et un outil (20) et/ou un entraînement. Lorsque l'articulation est utilisée dans une pompe à vis excentrique, l'outil est le rotor de la pompe. L'articulation est pourvue en outre d'au moins un revêtement. Les forces axiales agissant sur l'articulation peuvent être transmises par une première partie (12) de l'articulation et les couples peuvent être transmis par une deuxième partie (14) de l'articulation.
(DE) Die Erfindung offenbart ein Gelenk (10) zur Übertragung von Drehmomenten und Axialkräften in Verbindung mit einer exzentrischen Rotationsbewegung. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform wird das erfindungsgemäße Gelenk in einer Exzenterschneckenpumpe zur Verbindung des Antriebes mit dem Pumpenrotor eingesetzt. Das Gelenk verbindet eine Kuppelstange (18) und ein Werkzeug (20) und/oder einen Antrieb miteinander. Bei der Verwendung des Gelenks in einer Exzenterschneckenpumpe ist das Werkzeug der Rotor der Pumpe. Weiterhin ist das Gelenk mit mindestens einer Ummantelung versehen. Die Axialkräfte, die auf das Gelenk wirken, sind von einem ersten Gelenkteil (12) und die Drehmomente von einem zweiten Gelenkteil (14) übertragbar.
