Abstract:
(EN) The subject of the invention is an electroconducting nanowire, comprising an amyloid fibre which results from the self-assemblage of peptides comprising a prion domain or a derivative of this domain and which is functionalized by electron transporting peptides, each comprising amino acides bound to one or more atoms of iron. Its subject is also a method of manufacturing this nanowire as well as the uses of said nanowire. Uses: manufacture of sensors for the detection of chemical or biological species, of nano-batteries, of radio-identification systems, of molecular memory systems, etc.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet un nanofil électroconducteur, comprenant une fibre amyloïde qui résulte de l'auto-assemblage de peptides comprenant un domaine prion ou un dérivé de ce domaine et qui est fonctionnalisée par des peptides transporteurs d'électrons, comprenant chacun des acides aminés liés à un ou plusieurs atomes de fer. Elle a également pour objet un procédé de fabrication de ce nanofil ainsi que les utilisations dudit nanofil. Utilisations : fabrication de capteurs pour la détection d'espèces chimiques ou biologiques, de nano-batteries, de systèmes de radio-identification, de systèmes de mémoire moléculaire, etc.
