Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a battery replacement system of an electric vehicle battery replacement station, comprising a battery charging rack, stacking apparatus, a temporary storage rack, battery exchange apparatus, and a battery charger system, wherein the stacking apparatus transports batteries between the battery charging rack and the temporary storage rack, and the battery exchange apparatus transports batteries between the temporary storage rack and an electric vehicle. The stacking apparatus is capable of moving horizontally, ascending and descending, and loading/unloading, responsible for transporting batteries between the battery charging rack and the temporary storage rack. The battery exchange apparatus is capable of moving horizontally, ascending and descending, rotating, adjusting tilt angle, and loading/unloading, such that the battery exchange apparatus can accurately locate a battery by scanning a reflective triangular plate mounted on a battery tray in an electric vehicle with an included laser sensor. Different designs of the battery charging rack and the temporary storage rack allow the stacking apparatus and battery exchange apparatus to work side by side in a coordinated manner, thus effectively improving efficiency of battery replacement for electric vehicles.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un système de remplacement de batterie d'un poste de remplacement de batterie de véhicule électrique, comprenant un banc de charge de batterie, un appareil d'empilement, un banc de stockage provisoire, un appareil d'échange de batterie et un système de charge de batterie. L'appareil d'empilement transporte les batteries entre le banc de charge de batterie et le banc de stockage provisoire, et l'appareil d'échange de batterie transporte les batteries entre le banc de stockage provisoire et un véhicule électrique. L'appareil d'empilement peut se déplacer à l'horizontale, monter et descendre, et charger/décharger, responsable du transport de batteries entre le banc de charge de batterie et le banc de stockage provisoire.
