(EN)This invention relates generally to oligomers useful for modulating expression and/or activity of RNAs or genes. More particularly, the invention relates to single stranded, double stranded, partially double stranded and hairpin structured chemically modified oligomers that have a broad biodistribution profile for inhibiting RNA expression in a plurality of cells, tissues, or organs, and to methods of making and using the modified oligomers.
