(EN) The present invention relates to an autoclave for carrying out heating and pressurizing processes simultaneously during a manufacturing process for laminate panels, and, more specifically, to an autoclave which enables significant reduction in production costs as well as maintenance costs by groundbreaking improvement in technology for maintaining airtightness between the main body and a processing unit, which enters and exits a processing space in the main body while a substrate to be processed is in the processing unit. The present invention provides an autoclave comprising: a processing unit with a processing space for heating and pressurizing a substrate therein; a main body unit which is provided with an accommodation part surrounding the exterior of the processing unit to accommodate the processing unit and has a structure to enable the processing unit to move in a drawer-like fashion into and out of the accommodation part, thereby enabling opening and closing of same; and a sealing member which is capable of maintaining airtightness between the accommodation part of the main body unit and the processing unit, and which is disposed at the entrance of the accommodation part, in front of the processing space of the processing unit, to surround the entire top, bottom, left and right sides of the processing unit.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un autoclave destiné à réaliser des processus de chauffage et de mise sous pression simultanément pendant un processus de fabrication pour panneaux stratifiés, et, plus spécifiquement, à un autoclave qui permet une réduction importante des coûts de production ainsi que des coûts d'entretien grâce à une amélioration innovante de la technologie pour maintenir l'étanchéité à l'air entre le corps principal et une unité de traitement, qui entre et quitte un espace de traitement du corps principal alors qu'un substrat à traiter se trouve dans l'unit de traitement. La présente invention se rapporte à un autoclave comprenant : une unité de traitement dotée d'un espace de traitement pour chauffer et mettre sous pression un substrat qui s'y trouve ; une unité corps principal qui est dotée d'une partie de réception entourant l'extérieur de l'unité de traitement pour recevoir l'unité de traitement et comporte une structure pour permettre à l'unité de traitement de se déplacer à la manière d'un tiroir dans et hors de la partie de réception, ce qui permet l'ouverture et la fermeture de celle-ci ; et un élément d'étanchéité qui peut maintenir l'étanchéité à l'air entre la partie de réception de l'unité corps principal et l'unité de traitement, et qui est disposé à l'entrée de la partie de réception, devant l'espace de traitement de l'unité de traitement, pour entourer l'intégralité des côtés supérieur, inférieur, gauche et droit de l'unité de traitement.
(KO) 본 발명은 적층구조의 패널을 제조하는 공정에서 가열 및 가압공정을 동시에 수행하기 위한 오토클레이브에 관한 것으로, 특히 본체의 내부 처리공간으로 처리용 기판을 내장한 상태로 출입이 이루어지게 되는 처리부재와 본체의 사이에서 기밀유지를 위한 기술을 획기적으로 개선하여 원가절감과 함께 유지보수비용을 크게 절감할 수 있도록 한 오토클레이브에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 기판을 수용한 상태에서 가열 및 가압 처리하고자 하는 처리공간을 갖춘 처리부와; 상기 처리부를 외측에서 감싸면서 상기 처리부를 수용하기 위한 수용부를 갖추고 상기 처리부가 상기 수용부 내, 외측으로 서랍식으로 이동하여 개폐가 가능하게 구성된 본체부와; 그리고 상기 본체부의 수용부와 상기 처리부 사이에 기밀유지가 가능하게 설치되어지되 상기 처리부에 있어서 처리공간의 전방위치로서 입구부 위치에 상기 처리부의 상, 하, 좌, 우 전체를 감싸도록 설치되는 기밀유지부재;를 포함하여 이루어지는 오토클레이브를 제공한다.
