Abstract:
(EN) Provided is high-performance, high-carbon steel wire having a very low breakage rate during drawing, even under harsh conditions, and excellent fatigue properties after drawing, wherein the inclusions after wire rolling are finely ground. The steel is characterized in that the steel has a specific composition and that the percentage of the number of individual inclusions satisfying (%SiO2)=40 to 95%, (%CaO) = 0.5 to 30%, (%AI2O3) = 0.5 to 30%, (%MgO) = 0.5 to 20%, (%MnO)= 0.5 to 10%, and further, satisfying (% Na) =0.2 to 7%, and (%F) = 0.17 to 8% ("composition-targeted inclusions" hereafter) among the oxide non-metal inclusions having a minor axis of 0.5 µm, major axis of 1.0 µm or greater, and an equivalent circle diameter of 1 µm or greater in terms of the wire cross section in the direction L ("size-targeted inclusions" hereafter), or the number of individual composition-targeted inclusions/the number of individual size-targeted inclusions × 100, is 80%.
(FR) L'invention concerne un fil d'acier à haute teneur en carbone, à haute performance, ayant un très faible taux de cassure pendant l'étirage, même dans des conditions dures, et d'excellentes propriétés de fatigue après étirage, les inclusions après laminage de fil étant finement broyées. L'acier est caractérisé en ce qu'il a une composition spécifique et en ce que le pourcentage du nombre d'inclusions individuelles satisfaisant (% SiO2) = 40 à 95 %, (% CaO) = 0,5 à 30 %, (% Al2O3) = 0,5 à 30 %, (% MgO) = 0,5 à 20 %, (% MnO) = 0,5 à 10 % et de plus, satisfaisant (% Na) = 0,2 à 7 % et (% F) = 0,17 à 8 % (« inclusions de composition ciblée » ci-après) parmi les inclusions non métalliques d'oxyde ayant un petit axe de 0,5 µm, un grand axe de 1,0 µm ou plus, et un diamètre de cercle équivalent de 1 µm ou plus en termes de la section en coupe transversale du fil dans la direction L (« inclusions de dimension ciblée » ci-après), ou le nombre d'inclusions individuelles de composition ciblée/le nombre d'inclusions individuelles de dimension ciblée x 100, est de 80 %.
(JA)  線材圧延後の介在物を微細化した、厳格用途でも伸線時の断線率が極めて低く、伸線後の疲労特性にも優れる高機能の高炭素線材であって、所定の成分組成を有し、線材L方向断面に見られる短径0.5μm以上、長径1.0μm以上、円相当径が1μm以上の酸化物系非金属介在物(以下「サイズ対象介在物」という)のうち、(%SiO)=40~95%、(%CaO)=0.5~30%、(%Al)=0.5~30%、(%MgO)=0.5~20%、(%MnO)=0.5~10%を満たし、さらに(%Na)=0.2~7%、(%F)=0.17~8%を満たす介在物(以下「組成対象介在物」という)の個数比率、組成対象介在物個数/サイズ対象介在物個数×100が80%以上であることを特徴とする。
