(EN)Disclosed are a spectrum resource allocation method and apparatus, comprising dividing available spectrum resources into basic spectrum resources and shared spectrum resources (200), and when a wireless access device needs to expand capacity, monitoring the shared spectrum resources, and using idle shared spectrum resources (201). Through this solution, multiple wireless access devices flexibly share all spectrum resources allocated to the wireless access technology for use, and the wireless access devices provide continuous services to terminals through the basic spectrum resources and meanwhile use the shared spectrum resources in a time-sharing manner, thereby providing high-speed services and satisfying requirements of the services for large bandwidth without causing interference among the wireless access devices.
(FR)L'invention porte sur un procédé et un appareil d'attribution de ressources spectrales, consistant à diviser des ressources spectrales disponibles en des ressources spectrales de base et des ressources spectrales partagées (200), et lorsqu'un dispositif d'accès sans fil doit étendre sa capacité, surveiller les ressources spectrales partagées, et utiliser des ressources spectrales partagées libres (201).
