(EN)The present invention relates to a method for preparing aluminum/aluminum nitride or aluminum alloy/aluminum nitride composite materials. Aluminum or an aluminum alloy is melted at a high temperature of 2500°C or higher in a nitrogen (N2) gas atmosphere, in an ammonia (NH3) gas atmosphere, or in an atmosphere of a mixture of the two gases, so as to obtain high-temperature molten aluminum or induce a reaction between a portion of aluminum gas and nitrogen. Preferably, the aluminum or aluminum alloy is melted at the high temperature by arc melting. The method of the present invention involves melting the aluminum or aluminum alloy at a high temperature near a melting point, such that the composite materials may thus be quickly prepared, and aluminum/aluminum nitride or aluminum alloy/aluminum nitride composite materials that can be molded into a panel through cold-rolling may be prepared. In addition, the phase fraction of aluminum nitride may be adjusted by adjusting the arc-melting time, and thus aluminum/aluminum nitride or aluminum alloy/aluminum nitride composite materials having various ratios may be prepared.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de matériaux composites en aluminium/nitrure d'aluminium ou en alliage d'aluminium/nitrure d'aluminium. L'aluminium ou l'alliage d'aluminium est fondu à haute température de 2 500 °C ou plus dans une atmosphère gazeuse d'azote (N2), dans une atmosphère gazeuse d'ammoniac (NH3), ou dans une atmosphère d'un mélange de ces deux gaz, afin d'obtenir de l'aluminium fondu à haute température ou d'induire une réaction entre une partie de gaz d'aluminium et d'azote. De préférence, l'aluminium ou l'alliage d'aluminium est fondu à haute température par fusion à l'arc. Le procédé de la présente invention consiste à faire fondre l'aluminium ou l'alliage d'aluminium à haute température proche du point de fusion, de façon à ce que les matériaux composites puissent être préparés rapidement, et à ce que les matériaux composites en aluminium/nitrure d'aluminium ou en alliage d'aluminium/nitrure d'aluminium pouvant être moulés en panneau par laminage à froid puissent être préparés. De plus, la fraction de phase de nitrure d'aluminium peut être ajustée en ajustant le temps de fusion à l'arc ; ainsi, des matériaux composites en aluminium/nitrure d'aluminium ou en alliage d'aluminium/nitrure d'aluminium selon diverses proportions peuvent être préparés.
(KO)본 발명은 알루미늄-질화알루미늄 또는 알루미늄합금-질화알루미늄 복합재료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 질소 (N2) 가스 분위기, 암모니아 (NH3) 가스 분위기 또는 상기 두 가스의 흔합가스 분위기에서 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄합금을 2500°C 이상의 고온에서 용해하여 고온의 알루미늄 용탕 및 일부 알루미늄 가스와 질소의 반응을 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 고온으로 용해하는 방법은 아크 용해 (arc melting)인 것이 바람직하다. 본 발명은, 끓는점 근방의 고온으로 용해함으로써, 제조시간이 빠르면서도 넁간압연을 통해 판재로 성형할 수 있는 알루미늄-질화알루미늄 또는 알루미늄합금-질화알루미늄 복합재료를 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 그리고 아크 용해 시간을 조절하여 질화알루미늄의 상분율을 조절할 수 있기 때문에 다양한 비율의 알루미늄-질화알루미늄 또는 알루미늄합금-질화알루미늄 복합재료를 제조할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
