Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to an apparatus for cutting, and more specifically, to an apparatus for cutting comprising: a transfer unit, having a transfer frame on which a product is mounted and transferred, for loading a predetermined length of the transferred product and stopping while transferring the product that is mounted on the transfer frame from one side to the other side; a laser beam generator, which is provided on the transfer frame, for generating a laser beam for cutting the product; a cutting head, which is connected to the leaser beam generator, for irradiating the laser beam supplied by the laser beam generator on the product; a head driver, which is installed on the transfer frame and to which the cutting head is coupled, for cutting the product that is loaded in the lengthwise direction to a predetermined length while horizontally moving the cutting head, which irradiates the laser beam, in the widthwise direction of the product; and a detector, which is installed on the transfer frame, for measuring the size of the product, detecting the measurement for the widthwise or lengthwise directions of the product using the positions of end portions on both sides of the product, the positions verified by verifying each of the ends on the both sides of the product, or for detecting the length of a sectional portion of the product using the positions of the end portions on the both sides of the product, the length of the sectional portion of the product verified by verifying both end portions of the sectional portion of the product. According to the present invention, by measuring the size of the product in real-time by means of the detector that verifies the position of the both ends of the product and cutting the product using the cutting head, all of the portions of the product being cut can be measured to detect defective portions, thereby reducing the defect rate of the finished product that is cut.
(FR) L'invention concerne un appareil de découpe, et plus spécifiquement un appareil de découpe comprenant : une unité de transfert, possédant un châssis de transfert sur lequel un produit est monté et transféré, pour charger une longueur prédéterminée du produit transféré et assurer l'arrêt lors du transfert du produit monté sur le châssis de transfert d'un côté vers l'autre; un générateur de faisceau laser, prévu sur le châssis de transfert, pour générer un faisceau laser pour découper le produit; une tête de coupe, connectée au générateur de faisceau laser, pour irradier le produit avec le faisceau laser produit par le générateur de faisceau laser; une commande de tête, installée sur le châssis de transfert et auquel la tête de coupe est couplée, pour découper à une longueur prédéterminée le produit qui est chargé dans le sens de la longueur lors du déplacement horizontal de la tête de coupe, qui induit l'irradiation du faisceau laser, dans le sens de la largeur du produit; et un détecteur, installé sur le châssis de transfert, pour mesurer la taille du produit, détecter la mesure pour les sens de la longueur et de la largeur du produit à l'aide des positions des parties d'extrémité des deux côtés du produit, les positions étant vérifiées par la vérification de chaque extrémité des deux côtés du produit, ou pour détecter la longueur d'une partie sectionnelle du produit à l'aide des positions des parties d'extrémité des deux côtés du produit, la longueur de la partie de section du produit étant vérifiée par la vérification des parties d'extrémité de la partie sectionnelle du produit. Selon la présente invention, la mesure de la taille du produit en temps réel au moyen du détecteur qui vérifie la position des deux extrémités du produit et la découpe du produit au moyen de la tête de coupe, permettent de mesurer toutes les parties du produit en cours de découpe pour détecter les parties défectueuses, ce qui réduit le taux de défaut du produit fini qui est découpé.
(KO) 본 발명은 재단 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 제품이 장착되어 이송되는 이송프레임을 가지며, 상기 이송프레임에 장착된 상기 제품을 일측에서 타측을 향해 이송시키면서 이송된 상기 제품을 설정된 길이로 로딩하여 정지시키는 이송유닛; 상기 이송프레임에 마련되고, 상기 제품을 재단하기 위한 레이저빔을 발생기키는 레이저빔 발생기; 상기 레이저빔 발생기에 연결되고, 상기 레이저빔 발생기에 의해 공급된 상기 레이저빔을 상기 제품에 조사하는 절단헤드; 상기 이송프레임에 설치되어 상기 절단헤드가 결합되고, 상기 레이저빔을 조사하는 상기 절단헤드를 상기 제품의 폭방향으로 수평이동시키면서 설정된 길이로 로딩된 상기 제품을 절단하는 헤드드라이버; 및 상기 이송프레임에 설치되어 상기 제품의 치수를 측정하며, 상기 제품의 양측 단부를 각각 확인하여 확인된 양측 단부의 위치를 통해 상기 제품의 폭방향이나 길이방향의 치수를 검출하거나, 상기 제품상의 일부구간의 양측 단부를 확인하여 확인된 양측 단부의 위치를 통해 상기 제품상의 일부구간의 거리를 검출하는 디텍터;를 포함하는 재단장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 제품의 양측 단부의 위치를 확인하는 디텍터에 의해 제품의 치수를 실시간으로 측정하고 절단헤드를 통해 재단함으로써, 재단되는 제품의 모든 부분을 측정하여 불량부분을 검출할 수 있으므로 재단된 완성품의 불량률이 감소될 수 있다.
