(EN)The X-ray CT scanning device according to the present invention, comprises: an X-ray radiating unit for radiating X-rays on a patient that requires imaging; an X-ray detecting unit located to face the X-ray radiating unit for detecting X-ray radiation from the X-ray radiating unit; and a rotating base unit for rotating the X-ray detecting unit and the X-ray radiating unit around the centralized patient. The X-ray CT scanning device according to the present invention, as described above, uses a cone beam to apply a low dose X-ray which minimizes the X-ray dose to the patient, yet images of superior quality can be obtained, and radiation is applied only to desired portions of the body such that the exposure levels (amount of radioactivity to the body) is minimized and recording time is also reduced. In addition, rotation of the X-ray detecting unit and the X-ray radiating unit around the centralized subject allows easy imaging of both two-dimensional images and three-dimensional images, panorama imaging is also possible, and imaging is generally made more easy.
(FR)Dispositif d'imagerie par tomographie aux rayons X qui comporte une unité émettrice de rayons X destiné à émettre des rayons X sur un patient nécessitant une imagerie, une unité de détection de rayons X située face à l'unité émettrice de rayons X, pour détecter les rayons X émis par l'unité émettrice de rayons X, et une base rotative permettant de faire tourner l'unité de détection de rayons X et l'unité émettrice de rayons X autour d'un patient situé au centre. Le dispositif d'imagerie par tomographie aux rayons X selon la présente invention repose sur l'utilisation d'un faisceau conique pour appliquer une faible dose de rayons X, ce qui réduit au minimum la dose de rayons X administrée au patient. Malgré tout, il est possible d'obtenir des images de qualité supérieure et seules des parties sélectionnées du corps sont irradiées si bien que le taux d'exposition (quantité de radioactivité absorbée par le corps) est réduit à un minimum, la durée de prise d'images étant également réduite. De plus, la rotation de l'unité de détection de rayons X et de l'unité émettrice de rayons X autour du patient situé au centre permet de produire facilement des images en deux dimensions et des images en trois dimensions, les images panoramiques étant également possibles. D'une manière générale, l'imagerie est facilitée.
(KO)본 발명에 따른 엑스선 CT 촬영장치는, 촬영이 필요한 환자에게 엑스선을 조사하는 엑스선 조사부; 상기 엑스선 조사부와 마주보게 배치되며 상기 엑스선 조사부(400)에서 조사된 엑스선을 검출하는 엑스선 검출부; 및 상기 엑스선 조사부와 상기 엑스선 검출부를 환자를 중심으로 회전시키는 베이스 회전부를 포함한다. 상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 엑스선 CT촬영 장치는 콘 빔을 이용하여 환자에게 가해지는 엑스선 선량을 최소화하고 낮은 엑스선 선량으로도 우수한 품질의 영상을 얻을 수 있으며, 원하는 부분만 촬영하여 신체에 가해지는 방사선의 피폭량(被曝量 : 인체가 방사능에 분량)을 최소화할 수 있고 촬영시간도 단축할 수 있다. 또한, 피사체를 중심으로 엑스선 조사부와 엑스선 검출부가 회전하면서 피사체를 촬영하여 2차원 영상 뿐만아니라, 3차원 영상을 간편하게 얻을 수 있고, 파노라마 촬영도 가능하며, 전신 촬영이 용이하다.
