(EN)The present invention relates to a biological method for producing lactic acid using microorganisms, to a transformant capable of producing lactic acid having high optical purity at a high yield by using a convenient and economical method, to a method for producing the transformant, and to a method for producing lactic acid using the method for producing the transformant. According to the present invention, lactic acid having high optical purity can be conveniently produced without strictly controlling production conditions, such as pH conditions, or the complicated controlling of metabolic paths in microorganisms, and since a separate additional process of separating and purifying the lactic acid is not required, the number of processes required for producing lactic acid can be significantly reduced in order to not only greatly reduce production costs, but also eliminate environmental problems caused by precipitated wastes, in order to obtain environmental protection effects.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé biologique pour la production d'acide lactique à l'aide de microorganismes, un transformant apte à produire de l'acide lactique à pureté optique élevée à un rendement élevé par l'utilisation d'un procédé pratique et économique, un procédé de production du transformant et un procédé de production d'acide lactique à l'aide du procédé pour la production du transformant. Selon la présente invention, de l'acide lactique présentant une pureté optique élevée peut être produit de manière pratique sans réguler strictement les conditions de production, telles que les conditions de pH ou sans la régulation compliquée des voies métaboliques dans les microorganismes, et puisqu'un processus séparé supplémentaire de séparation et de purification de l'acide lactique n'est pas nécessaire, le nombre de processus nécessaires pour la production d'acide lactique peut être significativement réduit afin de non seulement réduire fortement les coûts de production, mais également éliminer les problèmes environnementaux provoqués par les déchets précipités, afin d'obtenir des effets de protection de l'environnement.
(KO)본 발명은 미생물을 이용한 젖산의 생물학적 생산 방법에 관한 것으로, 간편하고 경제적인 방법으로 고광학순도의 젖산을 고수율로 생산할 수 있는 형질전환체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 젖산 생산 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라, pH 조건 등 생산 조건의 엄격한 제한이나 미생물 내 대사 경로의 복잡한 조절 없이도 간편하게 고광학순도의 젖산을 고수율로 생산할 수 있으며, 또한 별도의 부가적인 젖산 분리 정제 공정이 필요하지 않으므로 젖산 생산 단계를 현저히 줄일 수 있어 생산 비용을 크게 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 침전 폐기물로 인한 환경적인 문제를 배제할 수 있어 환경 보호 효과 또한 얻을 수 있다.
