(EN)The present invention relates to an electrospinning apparatus and to an apparatus for manufacturing nanofibers. The electrospinning apparatus comprises: a nozzle block (250) in which a plurality of nozzles (240) are two-dimensionally arranged; and a device (400) for supplying polymer solutions. The electrospinning apparatus discharges the polymer solutions onto an elongate sheet so as to deposit the nanofibers. The device (400) for supplying the polymer solutions includes: polymer-solution tanks (411, 412) for storing a plurality of types of polymer solutions that comprise different components therein; and polymer-solution flow pipes (421 to 427) for enabling the plurality of types of polymer solutions to flow therethrough. The nozzle block (250) has tubular bodies (271 to 277), one end of each of which is closed and the other end of each of which serves as a port for supplying the polymer solutions. Each tubular body has a predetermined number of nozzles (240) arranged in the lengthwise direction of each tubular body. Polymer-solution flow pipes (431 to 437) for enabling the polymer solutions to flow therethrough are connected to the respective ports for supplying the polymer solutions of the tubular bodies. Thus, nozzles can be easily managed, and various methods for supplying polymer solutions can be set.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un appareil d'électrofilage et un appareil pour la fabrication de nanofibres. L'appareil d'électrofilage comprend : un bloc de buses (250) dans lequel une pluralité de buses (240) est disposée en deux dimensions; et un dispositif (400) permettant d'introduire des solutions polymères. L'appareil d'électrofilage décharge les solutions polymères sur une feuille allongée de façon à déposer les nanofibres. L'appareil (400) permettant d'introduire des solutions polymères comprend : des cuves de solutions polymères (411, 412) permettant de stocker une pluralité de types de solutions polymères qui contiennent différents composants; et des tuyaux d'écoulement de solutions polymères (421 à 427) permettant que les multiples types de solutions polymères s'écoulent dans ceux-ci. Le bloc de buses (250) possède des corps tubulaires (271 à 277), dont l'extrémité de chacun est fermée et dont l'autre extrémité sert d'orifice pour introduire les solutions polymères. Chaque corps tubulaire comporte un nombre prédéfini de buses (240) disposées dans le sens de la longueur de chaque corps tubulaire. Les tuyaux d'écoulement des solutions polymères (431 à 437) permettant que les solutions polymères s'écoulent dans ceux-ci sont connectés aux ports respectifs permettant d'introduire les solutions polymères des corps tubulaires. Ainsi, les buses peuvent être facilement gérées et divers procédés d'introduction de solutions polymères peuvent être établis.
(KO)본 발명은 전계 방사 장치 및 나노 섬유 제조 장치에 관한 것으로서, 복수의 노즐(240)이 2 차원적으로 배치된 노즐 블록(250)과, 폴리머 용액 공급 장치(400)를 구비하고, 장척 시트에 폴리머 용액을 토출함으로써 나노 섬유를 퇴적시키는 전계 방사 장치로서, 폴리머 용액 공급 장치(400)는 성분이 다른 복수 종류의 폴리머 용액을 저류하는 폴리머 용액 탱크(411, 412)와, 폴리머 용액을 종류마다 유통시키는 폴리머 용액 유통 파이프(421~427)를 구비하고, 노즐 블록(250)은 한쪽의 단부가 폐색단으로 다른쪽 단부가 폴리머 용액 공급구로 되어 있는 관체(271~277)을 구비하고, 또한 각 관체에는 노즐(240)이 각 관체의 길이 방향을 따라서 소정수씩 장착되어 있고, 또한 각 관체의 각 폴리머 용액 공급구에는 폴리머 용액을 유통시키기 위한 폴리머 용액 유통 파이프(431~437)가 접속되어 있으며, 노즐의 관리를 용이하게 하고, 또한 폴리머 용액의 공급 방법을 다양하게 설정 가능하게 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
