(EN)The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a gear wheel which comprises the steps of: preparing an insertion unit made of a pipe-shaped steel material; injection molding an outer side unit wherein teeth are formed on the outer circumference thereof; and molding a wheel-shaped connection unit by injecting resin to at least three points between the insertion unit and the outer side unit to connect the insertion unit and the outer side unit after arranging the insertion unit on the inside center thereof. The method for manufacturing the gear wheel according to the present invention eliminates a step for removing an unnecessarily injected part by injecting resin between the insertion unit and the outer side unit while injection molding the connection unit, and increases productivity by decreasing the number of defective products due to cracks.
(FR)La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de fabrication d'une roue d'engrenage qui comprend les étapes consistant à : préparer une unité d'introduction composée d'un matériau d'acier en forme de tuyau ; mouler par injection une unité latérale extérieure sur la circonférence extérieure de laquelle sont formées des dents ; et mouler une unité de liaison en forme de roue par injection de résine sur au moins trois points entre l'unité d'introduction et l'unité latérale extérieure afin de relier l'unité d'introduction et l'unité latérale extérieure après agencement de l'unité d'introduction sur le centre intérieur de celle-ci. Le procédé de fabrication de la roue d'engrenage selon la présente invention supprime une étape destinée à retirer une partie injectée inutilement par l'injection de résine entre l'unité d'introduction et l'unité latérale extérieure pendant le moulage par injection de l'unité de liaison, et augmente la productivité grâce à la diminution du nombre de produits défectueux dus aux fissures.
(KO)본 발명은 중공 파이프 형상의 스틸 소재로 형성되는 삽입부를 준비하는 단계와, 외주면에 치형이 형성되는 외측부를 사출 성형하는 단계와, 상기 외측부의 내측 중앙에 상기 삽입부를 배치하고 상기 삽입부와 상기 외측부 사이를 연결하도록 상기 삽입부와 상기 외측부 사이에 적어도 3지점에 수지를 사출하여 휠 형상의 연결부를 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 기어 휠의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 기어 휠의 제조방법은 연결부의 사출성형 시, 삽입부와 외측부 사이에 수지가 사출되어 필요 외적으로 사출된 부분을 제거하는 공정이 생략되며, 크랙에 의한 불량품을 감소시켜 생산성을 증대시키는 효과가 있다.
