(EN)The present invention relates to a triple-offset butterfly valve. More specifically, the invention relates to a triple-offset butterfly valve equipped with: a body of which the inner circumferential surface is formed at an incline; a disc of which the outer circumferential surface is constituted so as to correspond to the inclined surface of the body while having a first receiving part and a second receiving part formed therein in stepped fashion in such a way as to open and close a flow path in the body; and a stem for causing the disc to rotate in offset fashion; the triple-offset butterfly valve having a triple-offset structure in which the stem constituting the rotational shaft of the disc is given a first offset from the central line of the body, where a sheet constituting a hermetic sealing part is interposed, while at the same time being given a second offset from the central flow-path line of the valve, and, with the stem in this double-offset configuration, the reference axis of the disc is axially displaced after having been rotated through a desired angle around a reference point constituted by the point of intersection between the central flow-path line of the valve and the central line of the body; the invention being a triple-offset butterfly valve for dual pressure sealing using multiple sheets, the butterfly valve comprising: a first sealing sheet which rests in the first receiving part, is formed with one end projecting beyond the outer circumferential surface of the disc and makes contact with the body; a lantern ring which rests in the first receiving part and is formed behind the first sealing sheet and in which is formed a first hole that links to a disc hole connecting the first receiving part with the second receiving part; a reverse-pressure resilient sheet which is fitted on the outside of the lantern ring so as to make contact with the body and in which is formed a linking recess that links to the first hole; and a sheet gland which is fitted to the second receiving part so as to secure the first sealing sheet, the lantern ring and the reverse-pressure resilient sheet and in which is formed a second hole that links to the disc hole, and the invention is adapted to be able to improve the hermetic sealing properties between the reverse-pressure resilient sheet and the body, by causing the pressure of fluid that is flowing in the reverse direction to act on the reverse-pressure resilient sheet.
(FR)La présente invention concerne une vanne papillon à triple excentration. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une vanne papillon à triple excentration comportant : un corps dont la surface circonférentielle intérieure est inclinée ; un disque dont la surface circonférentielle extérieure est configurée pour correspondre à la surface inclinée du corps et dans laquelle une première partie réception et une seconde partie réception sont formées en gradins de manière à ouvrir ou fermer un trajet d'écoulement dans ledit corps ; et une tige faisant tourner le disque de manière excentrée. La vanne papillon à triple excentration présente une structure de triple excentration qui confère à la tige constituant l'axe de rotation du disque une première excentration à partir de la ligne centrale du corps où est interposée une feuille constituant un élément d'étanchéité hermétique, une seconde excentration étant en même temps conférée à la tige à partir de la ligne centrale du trajet d'écoulement de la vanne. Lorsque la tige est dans cette configuration à double excentration, l'axe de référence du disque est déplacé axialement après avoir tourné selon un angle souhaité autour d'un point de référence constitué par le point d'intersection entre la ligne centrale du trajet d'écoulement de la vanne et la ligne centrale du corps. L'invention a pour objet une vanne papillon à triple excentration pour joint d'étanchéité double pression utilisant plusieurs feuilles, la vanne papillon comprenant : une première feuille d'étanchéité qui repose sur la première partie réception et qui est formée de telle manière qu'une extrémité dépasse au-delà de la surface circonférentielle extérieure du disque et entre en contact avec le corps ; une lanterne qui repose sur la première partie réception et qui est formée derrière la première feuille d'étanchéité, et dans laquelle est ménagé un premier orifice qui est relié à un orifice du disque raccordant la première partie réception à la seconde partie réception ; une feuille résiliente à la pression inverse qui est installée sur l'extérieur de la lanterne de manière à entrer en contact avec le corps et dans laquelle est ménagé un creux de liaison que la relie au premier orifice ; et une feuille de garniture qui est placée sur la seconde partie réception de manière à assujettir la première feuille d'étanchéité, la lanterne et la feuille résiliente à la pression inverse, et dans laquelle est ménagé un second orifice qui est relié à l'orifice du disque. L'invention permet d'améliorer les propriétés d'étanchéité hermétique entre la feuille résiliente à la pression inverse et le corps, en faisant agir la pression du fluide qui circule en sens inverse sur la feuille résiliente à la pression inverse.
(KO)본 발명은 삼차 편심 버터플라이 밸브에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 내주면이 경사지게 형성되는 밸브몸체와, 외주면이 상기 밸브몸체의 경사면과 대응되게 이루어지면서 제1수용부와 제2수용부가 단차지게 형성되어 상기 밸브몸체의 유로를 개폐하게 되는 밸브디스크 및 이 밸브디스크를 편심 회전시키는 밸브축으로 구성되며, 상기 밸브디스크의 회전축인 상기 밸브축을 기밀부인 시트가 기재되는 상기 밸브몸체의 중심선으로부터 일차로 편심된 상태에서 밸브의 유로중심선으로부터 이차 편심되며, 상기 밸브축이 이차 편심구조를 갖는 상태에서 밸브의 유로중심선과 상기 밸브몸체의 중심선의 교점을 기준점으로 하여 상기 밸브디스크의 기준축선을 임의의 각도만큼 회전시킨 다음 축이동시켜 삼차편심 구조를 갖는 삼차 편심 버터플라이밸브에 있어서, 상기 제1수용부에 안착되며, 일단이 상기 밸브디스크의 외주면보다 돌출되게 형성되어 폐쇄시 상기 밸브몸체와 접촉되는 제1밀폐시트와, 상기 제1수용부에 안착되며 상기 제1밀폐시트의 후방에 형성되는 것으로, 상기 제1수용부와 제2수용부를 연결하는 디스크 홀과 연통되는 제1홀이 형성되는 랜턴 링과, 일단이 상기 밸브몸체와 접촉되도록 상기 랜턴 링의 외측에 장착되고, 상기 제1홀과 연통되는 연통홈이 형성되는 역압용 탄력시트 및 상기 제2수용부에 장착되어 상기 제1밀폐시트, 랜턴 링 및 역압용 탄력시트를 고정시키며, 상기 디스크 홀과 연통되는 제2홀이 형성되는 시트 그랜드을 포함하여 이루어져 역방향으로 흐르는 유체가 상기 역압용 탄력시트를 가압하여 상기 역압용 탄력시트와 밸브몸체와의 기밀성을 높일 수 있도록 하는 것을 기술적 요지로 하는 다중 시트를 이용한 양압 밀폐용 삼차 편심 버터플라이 밸브에 관한 것이다.
