(EN)An aptamer having a G-quartet structure and having the ability to bind to amyloid protein oligomer, the aptamer being at least one selected from the group consisting of the following polynucleotides: (1) a polynucleotide composed of the base sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NO: 1-18; (2) a polynucleotide composed of a base sequence which includes at least four groups of two or more consecutive guanosine nucleotides, and which results from one or a plurality of bases being deleted, substituted, or added in the base sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NO: 18; and (3) a polynucleotide which is a multimer that includes polynucleotide (1) or (2) as a structural unit.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un aptamère à structure G-quadruplexe ayant la capacité de se lier à un oligomère de la protéine amyloïde, ledit aptamère étant au moins choisi au sein du groupe constitué des polynucléotides suivants : (1) un polynucléotide constitué de la séquence de bases représentée par l'une quelconque des SEQ ID NO : 1 à 18; (2) un polynucléotide constitué d'une séquence de bases comprenant au moins quatre groupes d'au moins deux nucléotides de type guanosine consécutifs, et résultant d'une ou plusieurs délétions, substitutions ou additions de bases dans la séquence de bases représentée par l'une quelconque des SEQ ID NO : 1 à 18; et (3) un polynucléotide qui est un multimère comprenant le polynucléotide (1) ou (2) en tant que motif structural.
