Abstract
(EN) [Problem] In conventional non-destructive inspection devices using magnetism, the subject of inspection was limited to the surface layer of the test object as a result of the skin effect, and it was not possible to perform flaw detection inspection at the interior or reverse surface of thick-structured test objects. [Solution] The effect of the surface effect was eliminated by imparting an external signal canceling the detection output of the test object surface layer from the detection output of a magnetic field resulting from eddy currents induced in the test object. As a result, it has become possible to extract the detection output of the test object interior that had been masked by the detection output of the test object surface layer, and it has become possible to perform thickness inspection and flaw detection of the reverse surface and interior of a test object.
(FR) [Problème] Dans les dispositifs d'inspection non destructeurs traditionnels qui utilisent le magnétisme, le sujet d'inspection se limite à la couche de surface de l'objet à tester en raison de l'effet de peau, et il n'est pas possible d'effectuer une inspection de détection de défaut à l'intérieur ou sur la surface opposée d'objets à tester ayant une structure épaisse. [Solution] Grâce à l'invention, les influences de l'effet de surface sont éliminées en envoyant un signal externe qui annule la sortie de détection de la couche de surface de l'objet à tester de la sortie de détection d'un champ magnétique résultant des courants de Foucault induits dans l'objet à tester. Ainsi, il est possible d'extraire la sortie de détection de l'intérieur de l'objet à tester qui était masquée par la sortie de détection de la couche de surface de l'objet à tester, et il est possible d'effectuer une inspection dans l'épaisseur et une détection de défaut sur la surface opposée et à l'intérieur de l'objet à tester.
(JA) 【課題】 従来の磁気を利用した非破壊検査装置では、表皮効果により検査対象が被検体の表層部に限られ、厚肉構造の被検体の内部や裏面の探傷検査ができなかった。 【解決手段】 被検体に誘起される渦電流による磁場の検出出力から被検体表層部の検出出力をキャンセルする外部信号を与えることにより表皮効果の影響を除外した。これにより、被検体表層部の検出出力によってマスキングされていた被検体内部の検出出力を取り出すことができ、被検体の内部や裏面の探傷および肉厚検査などができるようになった。
