(EN)According to one aspect of the present invention, the invention provides a method for forming a thin film having a small-molecule bulk heterojunction that forms a percolating network. The method for forming the thin film comprises the steps of: separately putting a first small-molecule material and a second small-molecule material in a plurality of deposition crucibles of an alternate thermal evaporation chamber, wherein the alternate thermal evaporation chamber includes the plurality of the deposition crucibles, a substrate stage located at the position facing said crucibles, and a separation membrane that is extended up to said substrate stage from said evaporation crucibles and separates an area of the chamber; locating a substrate on said substrate stage of said chamber; and alternately depositing said first small-molecule material and said second small-molecule material on said substrate by rotating said substrate in a vacuum state and heating said deposition crucibles.
(FR)Selon un aspect, l'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un film mince à hétérojonction en volume, à petites molécules formant un réseau de percolation. Ledit procédé pour produire un film mince comprend les étapes suivantes: disposer séparément un premier matériau à fines molécules et un second matériau à fines molécules dans une pluralité de creusets de dépôt d'une chambre d'évaporation thermique interchangeable, cette dernière comprenant la pluralité de creusets de dépôt, un niveau substrat situé en un point faisant face auxdits creusets et une membrane de séparation qui s'étend jusqu'au dit niveau substrat en partant des creusets d'évaporation et sépare une zone de la chambre; localiser un substrat sur ledit niveau substrat de ladite chambre et déposer en alternance ledit premier matériau à petites molécules et ledit second matériau à petites molécules sur ledit substrat, par rotation dudit substrat à l'état sous vide et par chauffage desdits creusets de dépôt.
