Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a single-strand PNA aptamer having a specific three-dimensional structure due to complementary base binding, to a production method for the PNA aptamer, and to a method for isolating a target metal by using a PNA aptamer that binds specifically to the target metal. More specifically, the production method for the PNA aptamer comprises: a first step of designing the base sequence of a PNA aptamer so as to be able to form two or more complementary base bonds; and a second step of synthesising the PNA aptamer designed in accordance with the first step; while the method for isolating a target metal comprises a step of bringing a sample containing the target metal into contact with a PNA aptamer that is specific to the target metal; a step of isolating a target metal-PNA aptamer complex from the sample; and a step of recovering the target metal.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un aptamère PNA à simple brin ayant une structure tridimensionnelle spécifique en raison de la liaison de bases complémentaires, un procédé de production de l'aptamère PNA, et un procédé d'isolement d'un métal cible par l'utilisation d'un aptamère PNA qui se lie spécifiquement au métal cible. Plus particulièrement, le procédé de production de l'aptamère PNA comprend : une première étape de conception de la séquence de bases d'un aptamère PNA afin d'être apte à former au moins deux liaisons de bases complémentaires ; et une seconde étape de synthèse de l'aptamère PNA conçu selon la première étape ; tandis que le procédé d'isolement d'un métal cible comprend une étape de mise en contact d'un échantillon contenant le métal cible avec un aptamère PNA qui est spécifique du métal cible ; une étape d'isolement d'un complexe aptamère PNA-métal cible à partir de l'échantillon ; et une étape de récupération du métal cible.
(KO) 본 발명은 염기의 상보적 결합에 의해 특이적인 3차원 구조를 가지는 단일가닥 PNA 앱타머, 상기 PNA 앱타머의 제조 방법 및 표적 금속에 특이적으로 결합하는 PNA 앱타머를 이용하여 표적 금속을 분리하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 PNA 앱타머의 제조 방법은 염기의 상보적 결합이 두 개 이상 형성될 수 있도록 PNA 앱타머의 염기서열을 설계하는 제1단계; 및 상기 제1단계에 따라 설계된 PNA 앱타머를 합성하는 제2단계를 포함하며, 표적 금속을 분리하는 방법은 표적 금속을 함유하는 시료와 표적 금속에 특이적인 PNA 앱타머를 접촉시키는 단계; 표적 금속-PNA 앱타머 착물을 시료로부터 분리하는 단계; 및 표적 금속을 회수하는 단계를 포함한다.
