(EN)The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing a reflective polarizer in which a polymer is dispersed. The reflective polarizer manufactured by the reflective polarizer manufacturing method according to the present invention may realize very superior optical properties of materials even though a significantly less number of birefringent polymers is provided on the same area in comparison to a conventional reflective polarizer including a birefringent polymer because the polymer within a base material has a plate shape. In addition, since the reflective polarizer includes a plate-shaped polymer having various optical thicknesses, the reflective polarizer may cover an entire visible ray region. Also, since a skin layer is formed in a molten state on at least one surface of a core layer, a separate adhesion process is not required. Thus, manufacturing costs may be significantly reduced, and also the optical properties of materials may be maximized.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour fabriquer un polariseur réfléchissant comprenant un polymère dispersé. Le polariseur réfléchissant réalisé selon le procédé de fabrication d'un polariseur réfléchissant de l'invention peut permettre d'obtenir des propriétés optiques nettement supérieures pour des matériaux y compris en présence d'un nombre significativement faible de polymères biréfringents sur la même zone par rapport à un polariseur réfléchissant conventionnel comprenant un polymère biréfringent car le polymère contenu dans un matériau de base présente une forme de plaque.
