(EN)The present invention relates to a food waste processing apparatus which has additional configurations and which improves the structure of an impeller to improve drying efficiency and durability. The food waste processing apparatus includes: a stirrer body receiving food waste; an impeller including a shaft rotatably disposed within the stirrer body, a plurality of wing lattices protruding from the outer surface of the shaft, a stirrer wing foldably coupled to the wing lattices in the rotating direction of the shaft, a buffer spring disposed on a foldable portion between the wing lattices and the stirrer wing; a squeezing bar coupled to the end of the stirrer wing so as to press the food waste within the stirrer body; and a heater heating the inside of the stirrer body. Thus, the efficiency of drying food waste may be improved to significantly reduce drying time. In addition, the durability of the food waste processing apparatus may be improved in order to significantly reduce repair and maintenance costs and electricity charges.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un appareil de traitement de déchets alimentaires qui présente des configurations supplémentaires et qui améliore la structure d'une turbine afin d'améliorer l'efficacité de séchage et la durabilité. L'appareil de traitement de déchets alimentaires comprend : un corps de mélangeur recevant les déchets alimentaires; une turbine comprenant un arbre disposé de façon rotative à l'intérieur du corps de mélangeur, une pluralité de réseaux d'ailes faisant saillie depuis la surface externe de l'arbre, une aile de mélangeur accouplée de façon pliable aux réseaux d'ailes dans la direction de rotation de l'arbre et un amortisseur disposé sur une partie pliable entre les réseaux d'ailes et l'aile de mélangeur; une barre de serrage accouplée à l'extrémité de l'aile de mélangeur de manière à presser les déchets alimentaires à l'intérieur du corps de mélangeur; et un appareil de chauffage chauffant l'intérieur du corps de mélangeur. L'efficacité de séchage des déchets alimentaires peut ainsi être améliorée de manière à réduire considérablement le temps de séchage. En outre, la durabilité de l'appareil de traitement de déchets alimentaires peut être améliorée afin de réduire considérablement les coûts de réparation et de maintenance et les charges d'électricité.
